We all start our fitness journey in our own way. The sad reality is most of the time we decide to prioritize our health for an initial negative reason or depiction of ourselves. Personally I began lifting weights because when I was entering high school I grew to be a “husky” in jean sizes and was embarrassed to go buy clothes. Then tank tops came into style around 2010 and I had 0 muscle to put in these tankers. Here is a picture of me after my first year of lifting (grade 9) and then 6 years later (2nd year). Moral of the story, never forget why you started. Recall that moment of being fed up and willing to do whatever it takes to reach your goals. That’s the hunger that feeds the Bionic Lion.
