TL;DR: Health is more than aesthetics. #Whole30Thoughts ---
Not gonna lie, I was really tempted to just post my side by side Whole30 transformation picture (not blurred out) because I was happy with the aesthetic change. BUT I didn’t do Whole30 for weight loss or the way I look… I did it because I wanted to see if would improve my health. The weight loss and aesthetic changes are just a bonus. Over the past 30ish days I have felt better, slept better and didn’t need any caffeine for energy.

For anyone is who wanting to become healthier I would urge you to FIND YOUR WHY. What is it that drives your choices? Being healthier isn’t all about looking good. In fact I know plenty of people who look good but are certainly not healthy! Being healthy is about feeling fit and strong, having good respiratory, digestion, heart and mental health.

I did Whole30 because I realized that I was eating a lot of things with ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce. It was a great experience and even though I won’t continue doing it I am now more aware of what I am consuming. There are certain things I have learned about the food industry over the last 30 days that will change how I look at things and for that reason alone Whole30 was worth it. If you have any questions I’m always happy to help.

There is no cookie cutter plan for a person’s health. We are all different and have different needs.

My two cents: The best diet is the one you will stick to… find one that works for you! Whether that is Keto, Paleo, or something else just make sure it promotes good health and you are eating nutritious and healthy food. Last but not least, stay active! So… eat well, stay active, surround yourself with people who will support you and push you to be better and find your why.

If you have pain in the lower part of your leg, try pointing and straightening your toes when sitting or standing.
