Everyone is given the same hours in the day. Are you putting time on the calendar for yourself to make sure you are active to get in a half or hour that's non negotiable?

10 years ago when my wife was pregnant with my son, I gained so much weight I was weighing 270 lbs. That was the biggest I had ever been in my life. I had high blood pressure so I had to start taking meds. I got to it and dropped 60 pounds. Ever since then i've been struggling between 210 thru 250. Everytime I get started i'm motivated first couple of months then something always happens and I fuck up then it gets hard to get back too it. Just hope I can stick with it this time permanently.
