3 Way Dumbbell Fly — It’s flannel season baby! 
I posted this exercise awhile back and I decided to implement it again on my chest day as more of a rehab move.  See, I strained an intercostal muscle in my lower left rib yesterday so I’m being extra careful not to overstretch or expand my rib cage too much and exacerbate the strain.  Nothing to keep me out of the game, just a minor irritation.  It’s all good though because it really forces me to keep perfect form, breathe correctly, and not be too brash with weight selection. 
This is a great one for all over chest development.  You hit upper, middle and lower all in one exercise! After you complete one motion in each direction  THAT is one rep.  I shot for pyramids of 12,10,8,6 today.

Ich glaube es gibt wirklich keinen im Gym, der nicht mindestens am Latzug oder der Rudermaschine den Rücken trainiert. Warum ist die Rückenmuskulatur von den meisten trotzdem schlecht ausgeprägt? Meiner Meinung nach gibt es zwei besonders gravierende Fehler. Zum einen wird zu viel Gewicht genommen. Jeder will ja beim Rudern oder Latzug zeigen wie stark er ist. Allerdings meistens auf Kosten des Muskelgefühls. Es wird versucht das Gewicht irgendwie zu bewegen und effektiv spürt man im Rücken gar nichts, eher noch in den Armen. Der zweite Fehler geht oft mit dem Ersten einher und ist der Bewegungsradius. Entweder werd nur halbe Wiederholungrn gemacht oder z.b. beim Latzug wird so weit runtergezogen, dass eine Spannung im Rücken komplett verloren geht.
Woher ich das weiß? Weil ich die Fehler selbst gemacht habe. Aber aus Fehler lern mant bekanntlich und langsam geht es bergauf 💪🏽

For the next two weeks I’m taking a break from my diet to properly enjoy my time in Dubai. Hopefully I’ll be able to switch off and not worry about what I’m eating. I’ll continue to workout where possible then I’ll come back and smash out the last phase of my weightloss.

Progress is measured more than just by what number comes out on the scale... I’m now down to the smallest notch on my @strengthshopuk  @strengthshop weightlifting belt. This is a great thing however, Still going to be getting smaller. Has anyone ever tried drilling extra holes in a belt that has any tips for me?!

🚨Cliche transformation post alert🚨 Now I know that there’s no shredded abs or anything there yet, but for this fat kid on the left to be confident enough to post a photo with a “flat” stomach online is quite a big deal.
