This year’s Canapé Cup was all about nostalgia!
As a family run company in our 30th year, we wanted to make 2018 all about the friends, clients, suppliers, menus and memories we’ve had over the last 30 years.
In dedication to our opening year of business we designed our @squaremealvande Canapé Cup entry around the 80s classic dessert banoffee pie! Also the first dessert on our menu when we opened the family restaurant in 1988.
Baked chocolate and cookie meringue, banana and hazelnut ganache, banana infused rum, banana cream, salted toffee chocolate.
It’s been an incredible 30 years and winning our 3rd Canapé Cup last week was the perfect way to celebrate all the hard work, passion and dedication that’s got us to this point. Here’s to another 30!

This epic outdoor, perfectly-in-line communal table setting at the gourmet restaurant @osteriadelborro owned by Ferruccio Ferragamo at the heart of the #relaischateaux resort @IlBorro, was inspired by the glamorous 1920s era and decorated to perfection with deep fuchsia and red, vibrant, lush floral arrangements, classy black and gold dinnerware in absolute harmony 💫 All these elements impressed the guests who experienced authentic Tuscan flavours and unique fine gastronomy under the direction of the executive Chef Andrea Campani, enjoyed in a sublime natural environment and magical landscape... 🇮🇹
