- #Mark Collett — The Plot to #Flood#Europe with 200 Million Africans —
A figure that makes those of #European descent a global minority, and a shrinking one at that. So an influx of 200 million #Africans would represent a population growth of almost 27 percent over a 30-year period. And the vast majority of those coming to #Europe would not be the doctors, nurses, and engineers, that politicians love to fantasize over. But these people would be #Africa ’s poorest! These people would be coming from nations with record levels of poverty, famine, and nations where contagious and life-threatening diseases were at record levels. But there is another dimension to this.
These #African nations also have some of the lowest average IQs in the whole world! In fact, 25 African nations have an average IQ of 70, or less! Are these people going to be the #doctors , #engineers , and #scientists , that the internationalist politicians talk of, when they are trying to sell mass migration to the voting public? And to put that into perspective, the nation’s these people are overwhelmingly trying to reach; Italy, Germany, France, and the UK, have average IQs of 102, 99, 98, and 100 respectively. That’s a huge difference! And one which begs the question, how on earth are people from nations where the average IQ is less than 70 going to transition to living in nations where the average IQ is close to, or above 100? Would a group of people with IQs of less than 70, be compatible with a group of people who have IQs of 100, or over?
Bringing crime, unemployment, and other social problems with them, placing an even greater burden on our welfare systems, our health care, and our education systems? But none of this bothers Emmanuel Macron, who enthusiastically gushed, that: “Africa and Europe share the same destiny!” https://

bread for breakfast today!! i usually eat wholegrain/whole wheat bread due to the higher amount of fiber but i had diarrhoea on saturday and i read that it’s better to eat bread made with refined flour while recovering from diarrhoea so i took the chance to eat these today 😏
on my plate:
1) matcha mochi
3) chocolate cheese
while the mochi provided in the matcha mochi bread were generous, i found that there was 0 matcha taste in the bread which was disappointing as i love matcha mochi things 🤧 the citrus one tasted strongly of orange peel which i enjoyed!! (i really love all things citrus, floral & chocolate lol) as for the chocolate cheese, i already knew what to expect as it’s a favourite among my family. it was good as usual, with a huge block of cream cheese and subtle chocolate cream in every mouthful. 🤤 of the the 3 flavours, here are my rankings:
1 - chocolate cheese
2 - citrus
3 - matcha mochi
in general, i’m a huge fan of duke bakery’s bread as the bread are always soft, chewy & flavourful! the flavour combinations are very refreshing and the breads are made of wholesome ingredients ♡ they usually come in whole loaves but you can get the staff to cut it for you (though... i would rather do it myself tbh since they didn’t cut it properly and i had to cut it a second time anyway 😒) also i read that you take 15-20 minutes to register your level of fullness... it’s been 20 minutes as i’m typing this and i’m still hungry so i guess i’m gonna get more food lol bye
