I'm not ashamed of my journey. I'm not afraid to share the gut wrenching parts of my life. If you've followed me for a while, then you are well aware of that.
In fact, I do the opposite of the mainstream. I am candid with my struggles and lessons learned and tend to keep my wins and successes to myself. I don't boast or brag..Well, except for right now.
The second half of 2018 was hell for me, and if you listened to my latest podcast (link in bio), then you got the deets on what really happened and what I did with that information.
Right now, I'm gradually coming out of a low point. Rebuilding. Restrategizing. Reaping rewards. Moving forward.
The reality of life is that we all have ups and downs. Feast months and famine months. Elevation and destruction. The Star and The Tower ( #tarot ). Such are the laws of rhythm and polarity in our lives. The key is to understand that when the pendulum swings in one direction, it will inevitably swing back to the opposite, and #selfmastery is about maintaining #equilibrium in either direction.
Many in this world want us to fail so they can revel in our defeat. But the glory is in enduring trials with grace and patience, persevering until the blessing comes.
If you're in a tough spot, keep going and keep faith. If you're doing well, you're time is coming. Either way, take each experience as an opportunity to grow and sharpen your inner self. Let life be your teacher, actually learn something, and go on to apply it.

My philosophy of life and eating is about equilibrium, that's why I don't follow any strict diet or method, I honestly kind of fusion different styles.
- I will give you an example of what I have done for years 👇 -
-Often, I do 12 hours fasting between my last meal from the day before and my first meal of the day after, I have done this without following any structure or rule, it's just how my body is (intermittent fasting.) Most of the time I trust what my body says and needs (intuitive eating.) Sometimes, I have low carbs days and high carbs days (carb cycling.) Other days or weeks I eat more good fats, lean proteins and fibrous carbs/veggies (Keto.) Regularly, I eat mostly vegetables, fruits and lean protein (Paleo.) -
Most diets, methods or food regimes, have the same rule "eating more of the natural and fresh foods" what brings me to the conclusion that they all work for different people because they are all based on the same rule, but the only difference are the distribution of macros and eating windows. And to be honest, if you are more conscious about your body and you start listening to what it is really asking you to eat, and stop relaying on food because of anxiety, you will be able to improve your eating habits without the need of following strictly any of these diets or methods. -
The only thing you need to do is to clean up the mess. I mean, refuse to eat in a daily basis or forever (it's up to you) all of those "foods" that affect negatively your health, like, soft drinks, candy bars, sugary cereals, highly processed foods, etc. If it doesn't provide any benefit to your health, why would you make it part of your daily routine? It's just putting a bunch of chemicals inside your system every day. -
Instead of that, start eating more natural and fresh foods in a daily basis, and let the messy foods for other occasions, like for your menstruation days for example, we all know that women can devour a huge bucket of ice cream during those days.
The key is to don't get obsessed with food. Which is the mistake of many people that practice these diets or methods mentioned before.

I’m still not sure if/why there is a need for an Imperial Oat Cream India Pale Ale to exist. Other Half isn’t quite on that Monkish, put pizza wheat in it because it’s 100% going to be a really fucking good hoppy beer unless @omnipollo helped you make in which case it’s a hard pass, level but they are firmly in the level below where I’ve never had a bad beer from them and I will trade for their beers with very high confidence that they will be delicious. Lemon meringue on the nose here with some hits up front of real hoppy hot. Right out of the fridge it was very muted with those hops failing to escape the malt bill but, as it warmed I think I started to maybe understand what was going on here with a malt creating texture and mouthfeel that lets those Citra hops shine. There are apparently Cryo Citra hops in here which luckily for us weren’t the focus of this beer because cryo hops suck donkey dick. I’m the end, keep doing weird shit, you’re good enough at it to still create delicious beer. 🍺: Other Half x Equilibrium - Lucid Hypnagogia.
