Regular exfoliation is very important as part of skin care routine.

Incorporate an exfoliant into your regime two to three times per week. Choose an exfoliate that’s suits your skin type, be it a physical scrub, an AHA peel, exfoliating lotion or an enzyme mask. Microdermabrasion treatment polishes your skin, deep cleanse, refine your skin texture and promotes collagen production also allows products to penetrate deeper into the skin cells. I always incorporate oxygen therapy after a microdermabrasion to increase hydration.
