How many times have you said you’re gonna start something tomorrow?
Then 6 months or a year later you still are saying the same thing?
Procrastination is the enemy of all of us, me included (damn 🧠)
I’m gonna start eating healthy
I’m gonna quit my shitty job
I’m gonna travel to (fill in the blank)
I’m gonna follow up with that prospect
I’m going to overcome my Facebook Live fear
I’m gonna start chasing my goals
When was the last time you could look in the mirror and say
“Fuck yeah I am living a life 💯 % aligned to my goals and dreams?”
For most people this rarely happens, which is a huge shame.
I’m talking to myself here as well as anyone reading this because I can NOT answer YES to myself.
However I intend to keep improving my mindset and chasing the day when I can say “Hell Yeah I live a Fuck Yeah Life”
I want it all for me....and you!
✅ Time Freedom
✅ Financial Freedom
✅ Freedom of Relationships
✅ Freedom of Purpose
BUT this means going through struggles and failing forward
Overcoming overwhelm, frustration and fear 😤 .
Building my skill set through experiences good and the bad shit 💩 .
Educating myself by emptying my cup and listening to people who know more than me 👂 .
Letting go of my Ego and admitting I don’t know everything .
Stop listening to other people’s opinions and being in fear of what others say
Aligning myself with mentors that have been there, seen it, done it and ridding myself of negative arseholes.
Putting into action what I have learned and teaching others to help them on their journey too.
Becoming a better person who doesn’t have only selfish goals but also giving back.
Become a better leader by becoming more servant
I know that I am at least trying to say Fuck Yeah and stop saying I’m gonna.
How many of my Facebook fam can say the same?
Be honest and tell me how you feel?
If you want to know the path I’m following and the mentorship program I’m am with...
If you want to know how you can make an income without giving away your time...
If you want to join me on the journey just say Fuck Yeah 😂
Self care is not selfish!
If you don’t put yourself first, who will?
The only way you can be happy, successful, balance your life and look after others is by taking care of yourself first. Your priority should be you so then you can be the stronger, best version of yourself.
For too long I put others’ needs ahead of my own. I was a ‘people pleaser’ - now I can be better in supporting the needs of others because I put my own needs first.
How do you take care of yourself?
What do you lose yourself in?
Photography is more than a job for me. .
It’s my way to relax, to escape stress and the demands of parenting and farming. It’s my form of meditation. I can truly lose myself in it, yet the more I lose myself, the more I discover about myself, and my world. .
What do you lose yourself in?
Chatting with a friend last night, I was reminded of a movie that I had forgotten about. A movie that I fell in love with in the ‘90s because it’s painfully romantic. ⠀⠀
Now, as I’m living out my life as an entrepreneur, that movie speaks to me for different reasons. It’s the story of a guy who leaves the confines of his cubicle to pursue his dream. He had passion and fire and drive. ⠀⠀
I’m putting it on my must-watch list this weekend. You should too. #jerrymaguire
Change at the level of cause.
Thats the real work.
I am saying that to you today from a place of transformation.
People often think that coaches are perfect. They relate to us as experts.
But really we're partners. We partner with you in creating possibility. We help you to consider what could be possible if only you would step outside of your comfort zone and go after your dreams.
Coaches have bad days too. We also have doubts and fears.
I often put pressure on myself to appear as if I have everything figured out. In the past I would go ghost during those uncertain times, during times when I was grappling with my doubts and fears.
But not today. I am not exactly where I want to be. I can stand here and say that & offer you my support at the same time.
My good days far outnumber my bad at this point. There was a time when I used to have back to back bad days.
What has changed?
These days I do the work. Every day. Even when I wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
I also have support. That makes all the difference.
On the hard days, I lean on my support.
Even as a coach, I have a coach.
And if you are considering working with a coach and you find out that they don't have a coach, run the other way!
A coach who is supported is coaching ij a vacuum. Its hard to see your own blind spots, even if you can point them out in others.
Do you have the right support?

Thank you Audre Lorde for the wise words!! To take care of others you have to take care of yourself first. You cant give what you dont have. Working on a predominantly female clientelle i see this all the time. Understand that taking care of yourself isn't ignoring your other responsibilities. Take time for you...whatever that may mean. Read a book, go outside, listen to your favourite music, go to a spa, do a mask at home etc. #selfloveisthebestlove#taketimeout#maketime#foryourself
Working full time for someone else is fine. But never forget to spend time for yourself on other days. Figure out a system that will help you generate passive income. If you won’t start now, then when?
The idea that if you Do Not Work YOUR ASS OFF, then someone else will BEAT YOU to it and potentially TAKE ADVANTAGE of you💥☄️
It is the concept of FIGHTING to be THE BEST and COME OUT ON TOP🌟🏅
OR else you will just be another UNIMPORTANT number‼️🎭
Whenever you think that it's too hard remember it's possible. Possible job, possible money, possible wife, possible husband, possible vacation, possible car, possible home, possible business...it's all possible.
If you are tracking your success based on net worth⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you are never going to find real wealth⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Valuations and net worth are simply someone else’s option of what your assets are worth⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
and they can change at any moment⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Real Wealth is NOT measured in dollars⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's measured in CASH FLOW.
Stop telling yourself bullsh*t. I've seen @garyvee speak a few times now, and why his message doesn't change much... it's always a powerful reminder. Get out of your comfort zone. Stop holding yourself back. Stop caring about what everyone else thinks.
I was lucky to have a few moments with Gary & he pushed me to change something and put myself out there more. So watch this space!!
Sometimes fast is better than accurate.
Been working out for 30 minutes daily due to my schedule. 10 minutes of stretching and 1 hour for meditation, visualization and reading. I switched to split training which has allowed me to work out faster and still see results although I'd probably do better if I spent an hour. The rest of the day is meetings, client calls, shooting video and strategy. All executed fast.
How to you execute fast and be effective when dealing with people? Staff, clients, prospects, partners?
Systems. That's how.
Have a system for every business related human interaction. You can freeflow with friends, family and during your leisure time. But during your work periods, a system guarantees that you'll stay in control of your time and have efficient interactions.
_ Speed is a wealth magnet. Speed of implementation. Speed in decision making. Speed in reading, understanding, discarding and executing material.
Some men believe that they are "perfectionists", when in reality they just have low self esteem and are afraid of being judged for their work. Some take two weeks to read a book because they feel that taking notes and digesting the material will lead to better understanding and this better action. Other just procrastinate and think " Yeah- now I know this, so I'm definitely going to do it...someday"
The difference between the men who get so much shit accomplished in a year and those who sit around confused and depressed about why they aren't hitting their goals is Speed. Action takers implement immediately. At worst- the next day.
_ Even at your fastest, realize that in the grand scheme of things- your life is less than a blip in the Universe. When you die, no one will remember you 100 years from now. So quit fucking around and make every moment of your life significant NOW. " Oh but you'll kill yourself working that hard" Life IS work. Be fully present in every moment and even a task completed on 2 minutes will become a joy to do.
