#tbt To our pit stop in London. We will never forget the unique challenges we faced in international travel and weather but from It we had an opportunity to make the most of it and visit GB 🇬🇧 If you could have seen us walking around London with two huge suitcases taking The Tube across the city you would have died laughing! It was an unforgettable experience, but in a short span of less than a day we visited The Tower Bridge, Big Ben (under construction), Parliament Square and a few more spots!
All the while in a rush to take it in, enjoy the moment, and maximize the adventure. The flow of balancing chaos and appreciation for life’s curve balls is something I reflect on from this moment and will always grow from. .
This morning, the sun is so bright and warm. So, what I did? 😁 trying to capture this moment with my phone camera. Silly me or good enough capture? 😉
We have lots of things to do, goals to reach. But the journey must be more important than the goals. Have a moment, a cup of coffee and talk intimately with your loved one. Oh well.. I plan to do so, once they wakes up 😁😁 now is my alone time digesting bread of the day 💖. "Brothers and sisters, I don't consider that I have taken hold of it yet. But here is the one thing I do. I forget what is behind me. I push hard toward what is ahead of me. I move on toward the goal to win the prize. God has appointed me to win it. The heavenly prize is Christ Jesus himself." Philippians 3:13-14 NIRV
I’ve been traveling and living out of my suitcase for 9 weeks! I’d keep going but school is starting for my daughter and that requires routine( something i do not like)
While traveling it happens to all of us, we get off track and we indulge in what I call the pleasures of a life well lived.
From the delicious 🥖 baguettes to the Rosè wine in the south of France to the delicious Vermont cheeses, camping and all American food while in a cabin in the woods. That was in the Adirondacks to the fine restaurants of Washington DC.
To say the least i have indulged and enjoyed, and yes my jeans are tight... actually i can’t button them and my hair is super dry. Yes and my skin is a bit dehydrated.
But it’s all worth it because i know the minute I’m home tomorrow I’ll be juicing green again and starting one of my very own 3 day programs to loose the bloat ( skinny jeans secrets)
It’s all about balancing and loving yourself enough to indulge in all these worldly pleasures and not guilt your way into misery. By Balance I mean having a plan when you return to routine. Or not feeling guilty about the tight jeans .
So if you are like me and enjoy the pleasures of a life well lived. My advice to you is enjoy it, love it forgive yourself and go juicing for a few days. Because obsessing either way is not a balanced healthy plan.
I’m actually late to my very own party, The Master Class! I’ve been promising it forever but i promise it’s on its way .. I’ve been indulging.
Interested in loosing your summer bloat together and getting your pants zipped again .. Lets have some fun summer is ending but life is not.. lets get balanced this fall and get ready for an upcoming holiday season.

Although our hands are more brown than green ( fact is most plants don’t survive in our care 😢) we do love fresh flowers. It’s such a small but simple gesture that bring so much joy. And once they are starting to fade, we dry them out so they last forever 💐
