Decided to discontinue the cut a couple weeks ago because it didn't make sense while going into the strength phase of my programming 🤔

Next phase will be Hypertrophy for four weeks, then endurance to last another four weeks. That's how smart programming works 💪

Riding the bike in the gym is definitely my least favorite thing to do. HOWEVER in order to enjoy the things I really love doing (running & jumping) it’s important for me to utilize the stationary bike in my cross training. Not only does it help me increase strength in my legs and core, it also helps improve my endurance.

Jason is new to cycling but with a few expert tips from Coach Forest he is really enjoying it. Today we raised his saddle and he focussed on riding in the draft pocket. Si tenemos la posibilidad de contar con una bici de indoor o un gym de confianza, podemos meterle mano a las bike para que queden con una geometria similar a nuestra bike.

Los trabajos de INDOOR permiten trabajar en zonas determinadas de pulsos, de forma bien estable; tambien es un muy buen trabajo cardiorespiratorio. Si le sumamos que es seguro y se puede hacer los dias de lluvia ☔, toma valor extra!

Es la version "economica" de los costosos rodillos... Los cuales tienen casi los mismos beneficios... Aunque cargan con cierta dosis de fama y moda en estos ultimos tiempos, teniendo un costo muy elevado a mi entender 👎. Asi que no te amargues los dias que los lios laborales o el clima no te deja rodar... Ganale aunque sea 1hs al dia rodando indoor que suma mucho! 💪😄.

2. Protein, penting untuk perbaikan dan pemulihan otot, jumlah harian yang disarankan RDA adalah 0,8 gram/kg berat badan, namun atlet profesional membutuhkan 1-1,4 gram/kg berat badan.
3. Lemak, tidak utama saat event berlari karena pembakaran lama, namun konsumsi harian sebanyak 20–25% dari total kalori asupan harian akan menjaga ketahanan otot pelari untuk siklus berlari yang panjang.

Trail Run! I promised myself to train for a Half Marathon this week and I did it today (Tuesday). It took me 2 hours 52 minutes to finish it. When I realize that I run up to 13.5 miles!! I felt so good and run back to my house. My legs were so sore,  my caps really tight and all the way to my hamstrings! I was really exhausted!! Now after a couple hours I felt my leg are fine!  Lol .

Happy Tuesday! One week from today I’ll be home with my family to celebrate thanksgiving and I couldn’t be more excited! •••
Let’s talk about bloating. It’s something that we all experience and sometimes can’t avoid. Although bloating does happen, there are ways to avoid unnecessary bloat. 
1️⃣ Pay attention to how foods make you feel. Some “healthy” foods such as broccoli, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal can cause bloat for some people. Every person is different, so pay attention to your body and avoid foods that don’t make your stomach feel good. 
2️⃣ Drinking carbonated beverages and chewing gum can also cause bloat. I know that drinking seltzer water can cause me to feel very full and uncomfortable, so I try and avoid it at all costs. 
3️⃣ Spread our your meals. It can be hard for you body to digest a ton of food at once. I recommend trying to eat between 3-6 meals a day depending on your schedule and your body. •••

Had a later start than planned and totally winged it as far as what to do 😌😆Things got grippy to kick training off with some single arm alternating Deadhangs (tried to control my momentum when switching from hand to 🤚🏽 😝) and followed it with some OHP Lunges for quad/🍑 strength+gains 😎💪🏽... Worked on additional strength/weightlifting w/off rack split Jerks+Front Squats sticking to 95lb the entire time. I know I can go heavier but at this point, I am following medical advice so as to not further aggravate my cubital+carpal tunnel issues 😏😒... Metcon was GNARLY but was surprised to have finished under 15mins for all rounds despite feeling like I was going slow 😛... Accessory work for AfterParty of Bicep Curls/back Extensions @25lb for GAINS! ♥️💪🏽 Very happy with the outcome! Now.. Onto finishing up dinner before a hot shower & getting the chance to celebrate hubby’s 36th birthday 🎂! Woot woot!
