This is a good drill to work the hip at its end range externally. This could be used as a warm up before a lower body session or as a day to day move to gain more control of the hips.
Drive the back heel into the floor throughout & push the hands into the ground. Pull the working knee outwards as you move - minimising movement from elsewhere. Move slow.
You should feel your glute working - especially at the furthest part (end range). 5-10 reps each hip as slow as possible. #hipsdontlie#end#range#strength

Guess who hasn’t? Me! A reading slump has hit me hard as I have only finished one book this month so far... I blame university as second year is super stressful. I will read this book some time in the future but to be completely honest I am not in a rush as I am not ready to say goodbye to the Throne of Glass series yet, I’m too scared to as I know many tears will be spilled.
