Love this special commission piece - ‘Crown of Beauty for Ashes’. A special lady asked us to create this piece for a family member who lives in Auckland, she felt God wanted to reveal His heart and encourage her family member. Isaiah 61:3 was the verse that God impressed upon her heart, that He wanted to give her a crown of beauty for ashes, that He was about to turn her life around.
It was an emotional conversation as we could hear the Father’s heart being expressed. Our prayer is that when she receives her gift and reads her encouragement card, that she will be given a renewed hope for her life and her future. We pray that she will know that she has a Father in Heaven who sees her, knows her and most of all that He loves her.
Who can you encourage in this season? Who in your world needs hope? Never underestimate the power of God’s word to transform someone’s life. Wear & Declare one of our Kairos Jewellery pieces!
Isn't it safer to fly under the radar? All my life I've liked flying under the radar, going unnoticed, laying low. I actually dislike attention, I dislike surprises, anything that brings attention to myself, believe it or not, I dislike. .
It wasn't until I began surrounding myself with people who encourage and uplift that I began asking myself, "hey, why are you not flying above the radar?, what are you so afraid of?"
You can either live a super safe unfulfilling life or you can live a happy life.
Comfort zone = under the radar, safe, mediocre, no growth.
Outside of comfort zone = above the radar, uncomfortable, vulnerable, growth, happy.
Which do YOU prefer?💕
I don't hardly have any nice pictures of this guy. Especially of us together.
Luke is my encourager. He loves to use his words to care for others and it's my favorite thing. Most days when I'm getti g ready, even if I'm not even done he walks into the bathroom and tells me I'm beautiful 😍. I can tell it's his love language because he often looks at me and I can sense he's thinking and he says 'I like your pants, I like your shirt, I like your face, I like your eye brows, etc' 😂 but I can tell he just wants to say something nice so bad.
May he always feel the importance of speaking kind and loving words to people. What if we all did this? Spoke truth and life over each other. Even if it's 'I like your eye brows'. Speak life today. Even if it feels painfullu awkward. Tell someone something nice. Even a stranger when you're out Christmas shopping. We have an incredible gift to bless people simply using words. Words are free.
Nuts have always been one of my all-time favorite snack. My Dad used to buy me some because he likes them a lot also! But today, I made a special request from my brother and asked him to buy me some peanuts after he finishes doing his business. I was craving for it. I waited for him, but he hasn't showed up yet. In my mind, I wanted to go and buy the nuts already because I didn't know when he would be returning. But, I wanted to see him keep his word, and so I waited some more. He finally arrived with my peanuts and it made me really happy because, more than the peanuts, he kept his word (and I really appreciate him for that)! This simple gesture, meanwhile, reminded me of our Heavenly Father who is "not slow in keeping His promise, as some would understand slowness..."(2 Peter 3:9). If a mere human being could keep his promise, how much more God?! I believe that God is still faithful in keeping all His promises. It may not always happen at the time we presume it to happen, but He shall certainly put into completion all that He has promised because that's who He is - a promise-keeper and a promise-fulfiller! #promisekept#mybrotherismykeeper#whatyouputvalueintobecomesvaluable 😊
I was reading a verse from Colossians after a friend pointed it out to me, and it says to “devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.” This beautiful section in Colossians talks about encouragement for prayer, and it totally reminded me of this girl! So gracious w her words. This morning I have been recognizing the strength of encouragement and this girl is one of my biggest encouragers! 💕 Also, how sweet does she look, like really!! 😋💖 #encouragesomeonetoday ✨
You can use these to curse or to help someone in a positive way. Encourage someone with your words, be kind.⠀
Around the Thanksgiving season people find so much to be thankful for. Family, friends, a job, a home. ⠀
Let’s try to remember that those that are less fortunate may only be encouraged by someone else. Depression rates are high this time of year. Be kind to everyone you meet. #pleasebekind#watchyourstep#dountoothers#encouragesomeonetoday#forthegoodofmankind
Jesus said that those who endure to the end will be saved. Those who are enduring are usually the ones who are regularly spending time with God and with his people. Tag a friend who keeps you in the fight and not just on Sunday! 🤜🤛⠀
Also, zoom to see Andrew's face in this pic 😂😂🤣⠀
"But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called 'Today,' so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness." (Hebrews 3.13) 🙏 ☝️
“Don’t start your day with the broken pieces of yesterday. Every morning we wake up is the first day of the rest of our lives.” 🖤
This is your Monday morning reminder that whatever you have gone through, today is a new day and you. are. not. alone. #GodsGotThis#HappyMonday#EncourageSomeoneToday
