Why DEEP WOUNDS?
Pain , hurt, disappointment, situations we find ourselves in, but we can't change them. They majorly destroy our inner self. We get consumed by anger, depression because we feel that sometimes life can be unfair. God has taught me the power of fresh starts and restoration. That is why I strongly believe that we ought do deal with our inner self and issues more than anything we pursue, Inner peace is much more valuable. Let go and let God heal you.
We interact with many people everyday, what seeds of Words do you sow to them?
You spend majority of the time with yourself, what do you tell yourself? We can break or build with words because they have power..........be a builder not a destroyer

Why KNOW IT FIND IT KNOW IT?
God deposited treasure in each of us, we just need to know this truth and let it sink
Find it and Own it. Majority get stuck at the own it stage, but ones it ignites within you, let it be part of you because the world awaits your treasure.
On my WW journey, I have learnt to take it one day at a time. I track my food and attend Wellness Workshops each week, putting the advice we are offered into practice. WW has shown me the importance of feeling good and embracing a positive and healthy lifestyle.
For me, the key was the support and encouragement I received through my Wellness Workshops and the WW app. I use Connect for inspiration and know that I can bounce back even when I have an off day.
I'm also now a WW coach, where I get to teach other members how to break that cycle of worthlessness and embrace a more positive lifestyle. It’s such an honour to be part of people's lives and help them on their journey!

This statement is everything! I heard it recently and it literally gave me all the feels because it was like something just clicked.
How often do you pour your energy into the situation that maybe isn’t going our way? Or the way you planned? How much time do you invest in friendships or relationships that don’t add any value to your life or are emotionally draining?
Where is your attention right now?
I realised for a long time and I can see it in my feed on here that my attention had drifted and I wasn’t really being the driving force I had been or wanted to be. I was being caught up in situations off the grid that I didn’t realise were truly shaping the way I posted and what I posted and zapping my energy.
This statement here (amongst other things) has been the reminder I needed to realign my focus so that I am channelling my energy into positive people, situations, opportunities and I am manifesting good things to come into my life.
It is no coincidence that when I have been doing exactly that more opportunities have been landing in my lap, things have started moving forward and I would say I’m sleeping better but the no sleeping baby Situ is still a thing 😂
Try it. Try it everyday for a week, then a month, try it consistently so it becomes your habit, your lifestyle.
I said it yesterday and I say it again - you are in control of WAY more than you think!

Christmas is fast approaching. How are your stress levels? Two days of mental health first aid training with @mhfaengland this week reinforced that not only is it good to talk, it’s good to listen. Is there a friend, family member or colleague who could benefit from your listening ear? Or maybe it’s the person on the bus, train or sitting alone in the cafe who you just know is struggling? Empathy doesn’t fix things but shows people they aren’t alone and with the right support and encouragement can move forward in to more positive mental health.

You may not be happy, but by knowing you have God with you, you can be joyful. You can overcome anything with His presence and guidance. Be joyful in the hardest times because you will need it the most 💕 .

Day 9 & 10: how blessed I am to have the ability to encourage others through exercising and food. 🏋🏼💪🏻🍪😋I love to do weightlifting and strength training with others because I enjoy motivating them and seeing them grow by overcoming challenges during the workout. It's easy for us to think that we cannot do it (I am definitely guilty of that), but having someone who believes in your abilities and cheers you up by your side helps us face our challenges and makes them so much more bearable. I think the progress we make in our fitness journey, as well as the growth mindset we practice while we lift/train ourselves, can be applied in other aspects of our lives as well. When we start believing that we CAN do it, we WILL do it. Stop complaining about how challenging things are. Focus on how much you can grow from those challenges. Think of them as opportunities to become better and stronger. If you are feeling inadequate or struggling with self-confidence, I want to tell you that I believe in you and that you are far more beautiful and capable than you believe. You have already gotten this far. Don't give up.
