NUMBER OF YEARS IN A JOB DOESN'T MAKE YOU EXPERIENCED, DEDICATION AND WORKING AT THE JOB WITH YOUR HEART DO.
When you go for job interviews, some employers will be like; How many years experience do you have?
My question..Is number of years in a job the main determinant of experience in that job?
Well, I don't think so. Experience comes with dedication in a job and doing the job with all your heart. That is when you can gain qualitative elements such as gainful knowledge, acquired skill, developed network.
You can work in an organization for many years and may not have the elements stated above because you lack dedication in your job.
Experience in a job does not come with number of years spent in a job, it comes with dedication and commitment to a job.
Personally, in every job I find myself, my focus is always to squeeze out every drop of knowledge and skills in that job (which can be achieved within few months /years depending on the job) and I can only achieve that when I am committed to my job.
Finally, I think employers should focus more on qualitative elements such as knowledge gained, skills acquired, knowledge gained instead of focusing on number of years spent in a job because it doesn't make one experienced in the job.

If you don’t know about it, this is the famous ‘Cashflow Quadrant’ by Robert T. Kiyosaki. It is really important to understand the true meaning of this as we all fall into one of the four given quadrants. More than 80% of the people working fall under the first quadrant whereas about less 15% are said to be self-employed. Today is global handwashing day!
It’s about highlighting the importance of hand washing in preventing disease throughout the world. The event was first held in 2008, when over 120 million children around the world washed their hand with soap in more that 70 countries.
Whilst Global Handwashing Day aims to educate the developing world, the lessons can still be applied to us in Australia.
Encouraging staff to wash their hands properly results in better employee health and attendance as well as protecting you customers and community.
Protect yourself and others. Remember to always wash your hands with soap.

Working hard made me noticed that nothing can be achieve without effort
But it also made me realized that what I really want to achieve in my life
Unfortunately, we were taught how to be good employee
But very seldom we are taught how to be entrepreneur
I work hard, extra hard
Entrepreneurship, is living a few years of our life like most people won't
So that we can spend the rest of our life like most people can't
You want to work hard for 5-10 years, enjoy the rest of 30 years
