A diary extract ✨💫... I told someone that I don’t want to feel as much anymore because people are getting less and less engaged with their emotions and no one gets it - it’s causing me a lot of frustration, misunderstanding and pain. She smiled, and said “when you went to the beach, what did you see?” I said, I saw the most beautiful waters - I tried to count the different shades of colours but I lost count. I saw a Daddy cautiously watch his daughter learn to swim underwater and I welled up when I kept hearing his anxious but trying to remain calm voice ‘you’re doing a great job!’. I saw how happy she was to have the attention of her loving father - it reminded me of my family. I saw a couple diving over each other, playfully kissing & jumping through the salty water and my heart kept flipping. I saw two teens skimming stones - one could do it, one couldn’t, and I found myself laughing along with the person every time there was a big PLOP in the water as the stone failed to go anywhere. I loved the mountains of the mainland, and the way the sky was changing colours as the sun was changing sides.
The lady I told this to sat back in the chair... “a lot of people would have just said they saw the sand, and the sea and perhaps that it was very beautiful. If you want to give up your feelings, be my guest, I understand your pain, but you’re going to have to give up a lot more too, by the looks of it. And who changed the world or left an impression by being ‘chilled out’?” I laughed. In a world where ‘cool’ killed enthusiasm & passion, and synthetic highs raised the bar so naturals ones could never cut it. In a world where you’re seen as over-thinking everything if you stand up for something you feel and the other doesn’t understand. Where understanding yourself is the hardest thing to do so no one bothers - they just judge, or try and seek validation in others instead... You should probably fuck that all off. Be a rebel. Be the strongest, truthful, most grateful thing around - a person that feels.✨ .

Camping Europa Silvella
Loving me freely.
Free to view myself as I please
Free. As I realize my self-image does not always have to be law.
Free. As I release the jaws of destruction off my fragile mind.
Free. As I reveal my truths.
One thing you will learn about me is I tell it like it is. When you live a real life there is no use making things “fluffy” if they really aren’t. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everyone has crap and be true always helps someone else. So today don’t be a fluffernutter, just tell it like it is
