Let’s talk about anxiety. It is something so real, raw..and scary. It’s something so many people deal with daily, but only tell their closest friends and family about. It’s something that unless you have it, you don’t really understand it.
I started thinking… what if we had some sort of community we could go to when it feels like no one else understands, or we just need some advice? There are SO many people struggling daily, and if you don’t have a support system, it can be really difficult. Guess what?! Growing up, I never struggled with this. I was a happy, care free kid who was always up for anything and everything! My little sister, however, had to deal with anxiety at a young age, and I never understood it. I didn’t understand how she just couldn’t physically do things some days, and honestly just didn’t really know what anxiety was. Then I got older, and slowly started to figure it out.
