I’m over the moon to announce that the lovely Holly Bramley will be teaching two additional Group Reformer classes from Jan 2019 on Thursday mornings at 9am and 10.10am.
Holly has been teaching on a Wednesday night in my garden studio for 3 weeks now and there’s a lots of mutual love in the room! I therefore feel blessed that she’s agreed to teach 2 more classes for me, bringing the total number of Group Reformer classes running, to 12 a week!
Message me to get your name on the list and you’ll be first to receive the booking link!
There are 5 spaces per class and already 4 on the list!
The #Elmbridge Sports Awards ceremony @ACSIntSchools last Friday night saw the best #Elmbridge sports people get recognition for their amazing achievements over the last year. It was a great pleasure to welcome special guest Chemmy Alcott, 4 times Winter Olympian ranking 8th in the World. A true inspiration to all. Many congratulations to all winners.
We had an amazing time in Berlin, taking part in a concert with a choir of 2,000 singers. Given the shear number of singers it was quite difficult for all of our singers to find each other but 28 of us managed it just before the concert on the last day!
If you missed the concert, it is available on BBC iplayer until 11th Dec so make sure you catch up with it! The Armed Man is a moving an beautiful piece of work and, alongside the Orchestra for Peace and 2,000 singers, it is well worth a watch!
Playing around with some spinal mobility on the Reformer really focusing on engaging the core to mobilise segmentally. The Reformers’ sliding carriage is a wonderful aid to spinal mobility, it feels incredible to move so freely but with consideration and control, lengthening the frontline and engaging the back then switching. 😍😍😍😍

Have you noticed how they’re all over the supermarkets at the moment?
We love them because they can be eaten on their own or in salads, trail mix, on crackers, granola and much more. Full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre they really do pack a punch when it comes to nutrients. As part of a balanced diet, eating a variety of nuts can promote weight loss, lower cholesterol, reduce inflammation and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Definitely a favourite superfood!❤️
Come & Support @WaltonCasualsFC this Wednesday.
Being a local lad & growing up in the area everyone knows what this club means to me.
The club saved my life as a player. When I was Ill & had cancer it gave me direction & purpose. It was like another family to me.
Now @wcfcofficial have given me my first opportunity in management.
One I am thriving with & enjoying every minute.
We have a board with the determination & drive to succeed. All winners in their day to day jobs they are now transferring that same energy Into @wcfcofficial
Decisions are made with the club at heart. It is not about any individual it is about a club. Growing stronger together!
We are trying to build a bigger better club day by day, week by week, month by month & year by year.
Come & hear what the future holds. Above all it will be the truth. Come & support the stags. #stags #nonleague#nonleaguefootball#surrey#waltononthames#elmbridge#oneclub#futureisorange#footballfamily#footballingcommunity#grassroots#grassrootsfootball
I’ve been busy setting goals today, for a few weeks ahead. Things have been a little busy, so I’m trying to get back on track.
Setting goals is important when trying to achieve balance. They create focus, save time and allow you to track progress, all of which reduce stress and therefore leave us feeling more positive.
Some of my goals include • increasing my up-take of water • do at least 30 mins of exercise everyday • get 8 hours of sleep every night.
Do you set goals?
And we’re back! Amazing first week back recapping on some of the favourites and introducing a couple of new moves to the rep. Everyone brought bags of enthusiasm and energy and several of you even admitted you missed me over half term 😁 I was told categorically that I wasn’t allowed to take weeks off again... So with that in mind there’ll definitely be some ad hoc Reformer classes running over the Xmas hols. Booking link will be released in a few weeks. Great to be back. I missed you all too! 😍😍😍😍
It's FRIDAY!!! One more day until the big one. Come down and get behind @anthony__gale and the boys in what promises to be a great @BuildbaseUK #FATrophy game between two good footballing sides. Will be a great game for the #groundhopping community
