Katie just shed and being goofy n curious like always, she’s easily the cutest animal i have.. @vipera_fangs adores her! ❤️😘 Those google eyes.. not photogenic at all though 😅 also you can see the scar from 3 years ago where we found her battling with a big clouded monitor, 5 ribs gone and unable to eat big meals or hold eggs. But she is a fighter and really thriving!
Since my girlfriend @vipera_fangs 😘 can’t get enough of Oracle, i’ll spam him one more time cause well.. ik u guys don’t mind seeing him either. All majestic outside with a twinkle in his eye! Now brb as we’re gonna name one of my baby kings ❤️ i really can’t wait til i get to show you these animals up close and personal.. also! This is him standing without his hood extended. Just balancing and looking around.
This is Oracle, just shed and 2 weeks without food.. ik u wanna meet him @vipera_fangs 💕 he’s thicker than my arm for those who’ve doubted his true size. It’s very hard handling him alone not because of a temper.. no, he’s super chill with me. But his sheer weight and size make it hard to lift him back and forth. There is no hooking or double hooking him without injuring his spine. I have to lift him around like a big dog. He is around 14 feet long. I wonder how an anti-freehandler would tell me to handle him “safely”..
Aussie Brown snakes are notorious worldwide for their venom potency!... One big impact on people can be “early collapse”, where bite victims are knocked out within an hour (sometimes 30 minutes) of the bite. The exact mechanism of this cardiovascular collapse has not yet been worked out, but may be from interactions between a number of the cocktail 🍸 of toxin types it contains and the internal homeostatic systems of the bite victim. Powerful stuff - luckily it’s designed for taking down small rodents 🐀, and if you keep still encountering these fellas they seem quick to forget you’re there! #BrownSnake#Yeeeeeeew
