Steps away from the lovely Place des Vosges in the Marais sits the Église Saint-Paul-Saint-Louis. King Louis XIII laid the cornerstone in 1627, on what was previously a a church built in 1125. It is filled with French Gothic architectural gems, high ceilings and these amazing chandeliers. And if you look up high above the transept you will spot a painting by Eugène Delacroix. I love that the treasures of Paris army only found in museums and the lines of hundreds of tourists. You can simplify walk down any street and find a masterpiece.
