No te compliques 🙌🏽
A couple of weeks ago I took a food sensitivity test from @everlywell, because something I was eating was causing discomfort and bloat. 🙄
It was super easy to do and I got my results back in a week. 🌟They also gave me a coupon code to share with y’all if you want to try it out, too. Just let me know! 💕
I don’t have any major sensitivities 🙌🏻, but I do have several moderate ones that I am going to start cutting out of my diet to see if that helps.
The big ones being cow’s milk (including cheeses 🧀 and yogurt and ice cream 🍦 which I had last night 🙄) and eggs 🍳. Yogurt and hard boiled eggs are my go to snacks for protein 😩, so I need to come up with some alternatives.
What are your favorite snacks that are dairy and egg free?

You’re probably wondering why in the world “Allergy Friendly Mama” would be posting a picture of peanut butter (probably the first product that comes to people’s mind when they hear the words “food allergies”).
Well, let me explain it to you. I’ve taken all nuts out of our home trying to keep my baby girl safe. It didn’t occur to me until recently, and after hearing a friend’s story of her FA daughter’s sibling developing the allergy later on, that I need to start giving Sam some spoonfuls to make sure HE doesn’t develop the allergy as well. Somewhere along the way of keeping Emma safe, I forgot about the importance of exposing my other child to the allergens to help him have a better chance of not developing an allergy.
Obviously, I am doing this in the safest way possible!
1️⃣ I keep the peanut butter on a shelf NOT located in my pantry and a safe place I know neither of the kids can get to.
2️⃣ I am giving him a supervised spoonful after Emma goes down for her nap and I have him drink water and brush his teeth right after.
3️⃣ I am basically treating this as a medicine and aiming to give it to him around 3x per week.
If you have multiple kids, have you taken out all of their allergens? Do you still try to expose your non-FA kids to their sibling’s allergens? Would love to hear how y’all handle it ❤️

ONDE COMPRO? Lojas de produtos naturais, mercados, empórios
Eu compro o da @giroil .
Vamos a receita?
4. Bata bem por alguns minutos. A massa deve ficar uniforme, lisa e cremosa.
5 pronto! Guarde na geladeira por até 7 dias.
C’est le temps des pommes! 🍎🍏
🇺🇸 It's apples picking time! 🍎🍏
The month of September, the only month of the year that I want to bake desserts with apples.
Otherwise, the rest of the year, the chocolate lover in me is not inspired at all. It looks like the atmosphere of the cooler days, the smell of fall and my big woolen jacket completely changes my mindset. Since we have kids, we can go picking apples 2-3-4 times during the month. Last year we went until the very end! There was nothing left to pick! So I bake a lot of buns and apple muffins and these so delicious shortbread apples crisp bars 🤤 Recipe 👇🏼. #shortbread#apples#glutenfree#dairyfree#eggfree#notsugarfree#delicious#thattimeofyear
I left a little piece of my heart in Los Angeles. While I was going through the immigration process to become a U.K. resident I left NYC to spend time with friends & family in my hometown. The moment I got off the plane there was a familiar energy in the air. The bright colours and beaming sunshine lit my weary eyes and the delicious smells from Olvera Streer permeated across Union Station. I couldn't help but break the cold front I formed in Brooklyn and break into a big smile. I was home! For the first time in years I knew exactly where to go and what to expect, and in a time of despair the warmth of familiarly melted my fears away. Growing up in Los Angeles was far from easy, but this will always be my home. It's the place that made me the woman I am today and I am proud to call this crazy city my hometown these days.
Days like today call for a #yoricamoment shared with friends ✨🍦💕 Pop in to 130 Wardour Street and treat yourself to an ice cream as big as your face, or order a pot of allergen-free and vegan goodness straight to your door through @ubereats_uk 🍧😋
It may not look like much but this is the best pizza I’ve ever made!
I used 2 black rice tortillas, with bocconcini and (my homemade) pizza sauce in the middle as the base! Then topped it with the same sauce, 4 cheeses, tomato and hot salami!
I'm all about the vegan, as natural as can be (for the product) and most importantly - cruelty-free products. I don't use chemicals such as parabens, sls, aluminium, or fluoride. Here are a few of my current favourites... ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ When I say cruelty-free, I mean for myself too hence why I try to avoid harsh chemicals that I know are linked to illness e.g. parabens imitate estrogen and have been linked to breast cancer. SLS is used to clean car engines and is in most shampoos.... 🚗🚫
I also have zero urge to put products on my skin that have contributed to any type of cruelty to a cute bunny (or any other animal for that matter) laid up in a lab. I like knowing that I don't have to hurt any one in order to make myself feel fresh and good. My base products are usually aloe vera gel and coconut oil, but I love trying out new ethical products too! 🐇
No deodorant or using a natural deodorant is probably the most important thing someone could do for theirself. especially as the armpits have direct access to your bloodstream - your sweat glands and pores open up, especially when you're hot after a shower, which is when you usually would apply deodorant. I personally don't want aluminium or parabens up in my blood... I also don't want to rub rancid chemicals into my scalp for the same reason!
There are no deer glands in my perfume, no shellfish are ground up in to my make-up for it to shimmer, there are no dead bugs added to my lipstick for pigment and no animal hairs make up my make-up brushes... If you didn't know these were a thing, then I suggest looking further into what you put onto and into your body... It's actually gross once you start looking into it a bit further. Once you know, you know and It is easy to opt for better products. 🌿

I made a banana cake today by a rice cooker
This is super easy and healthy cake for kids. You can just mix ingredients and steam it by your cooker or bake in the oven. ★Ingredients
pancake mix 200g
soy milk 100cc
water 1-2 table spoon
(please add small amount of water if your dough is too thick)
You can add some brown sugar or honey if you wanna sweeter cake. I added two tea spoon of mixed nuts butter this time and black sesame. I also like to add peanuts butter into this simple cake recipe. If you can get organic pancake mix or low-sodium pancake mix, it’s better. I used Japanese hot cake mix. Eat the small amount of the cake dough is the best way to bake perfect cake in my experience. ★This is classic recipe but I can’t recommend this one.Anyway just for image of cooking this video must be helpful. Please use my recipe than use many butter and sugar for your banana cake ٩(^‿^)۶
