Next up in the “hey, it’s hot, I don’t want to turn the oven on” series, are these crazy stupid easy veggie fresh roll wraps with the quickest 🌶 🥜 dipping sauce. (Tip: Divide the recipe in two, leave out the chili paste in one and add a touch of salt and give that sauce to the kids (or hot & spicy haters). PS, I didn’t have any store bought peanut butter right as I started making the veggie wraps (always the way 🙄), but with a cup of peanuts and a high powered blender (mine is @vitamix), I had some fresh PB within minutes (so much better tasting IMHO)! 🔥

Top one: avo toast on flaxseed bread topped with almonds, pepitas, sesame seeds, and red chili flakes.
Bottom one: cream cheese, a little jalapeño, spinach, hot smoked salmon (with coconut aminos) and white cucumber.
Chateaubriand for two - filet mignon with vegetables. The portion isnt much for the price you pay but its table side service sooooooo 💁♀️💁♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️ but i have to admit the steak was really good though #filetmignon#tablesideservice#steak
leftovers save lunch, again! everything in this bowl (wild salmon, broccoli, zoodles + garnet yams) were reheated in the same sheet pan in the oven and became the BEST lunch! i stick the sheet pan in a cold oven, turn the temp to 350, and as soon as it hits that temp i pull it out and know it’s done! thats one of the kitchen tricks mb taught me 👨🏻🍳 from his reheating pizza 🍕 for dinner days 😉 one of the most important kitchen philosophies i adhere to: #cookonceeattwice ✌🏻 leftovers rule 👑 #bbwellness
