Papardelle (rekommenderar att använda en riktigt bred variant som pallar att koka med i pastasåsen ett bra tag)
150 g ärtor
3 dl vispgrädde
3 dl vatten
2 msk tomatpure
1 pkt saffran

As it is my first attempt I did not know very well how to glaze them, with chocolate mirror glaze or white chocolate glaze so I made the two, it never hurts to try rigth ?🤷♀️... What would you eat with white or black Glaze?

Harissa Spiced Chicken Thighs! My Brother said this is up there with the best dishes I've made and I agree. The flavours were so good that I'm making this again later this week...Recipe is below!
2 Large Onions, Sliced
6 Chicken Thighs, Skin on with bone in
2tsp ground ginger
1 Cinnamon Stick
1tbsp Rose Harissa Paste
200ml Chicken Stock
1 lemon, thinly sliced
10 chopped soft dried apricots
1. Brown the thighs on both sides and remove
2. Add the onions to another pan, cook on a low heat for 12 minutes to caramelise
3. Add the paprika, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, harissa paste and honey, mix and cook for 4 minutes.
4. Add the thighs back in and add the stock
5. Mix well, bring to the boil, then simmer for about 90 minutes.
6. Add the lemons and apricots, top with parsley. Cook for 5 more minutes
7. serve with wholegrain rice and yoghurt.

• 1.25 c oats blended into flour • 1/4 c almond flour
• 2 scoops @furtherfood collagen + 1/2 scoop vanilla protein **or more collagen... i ran out 😩 • baking soda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice **or more ginger & nutmeg
• 2 small bananas mashed
• 1 egg
• splash of vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

About last night.... @courvoisierusa threw an event where the amazing Thandi, my Bae, aka @illskillz taught us how to make the Honor Your Code cocktail... loved that interaction. I walked away thinking this is the drink I'm making for everyone who comes by for a visit. Who knows maybe I'll add mixologist to the resume after this.... who am I kidding I leave that to the professionals.

Was really feeling this cheetah background today 😂😼 Day 2 of this green smoothie for breakfast & I’m feeling g.o.o.d. Like I said yesterday in my stories, I don’t ever force eating smoothies just because “they’re good for you” or “help with weight loss.” I notice I’ll naturally crave a smoothie when I’ve been eating heavier/richer foods because it makes me feel a little lighter in the a.m. 💃🏼 and keeps me full for at least 4 hours (not exaggerating). That being said, if you don’t usually have them, smoothies can be a really good option to start your day off on the right foot nutrition-wise 🌟 – easy way to get greens + healthy fat + fiber + protein vs. eating a breakfast that may spike your blood sugar or leave you hungry again in an hour or two. Don’t be intimidated by them either! They’re so simple to throw together once you have all your ingredients on-hand 🤙🏼 Try a smoothie for breakfast this week if you’re feelin it 😊 Xo #thewellnutt
Here’s how ya do it:
½ frozen banana
Handful of frozen zucchini
Handful or two of frozen spinach
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs almond butter
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides
About a cup of @califiafarms unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Blend it all up and top with hemp hearts/coconut flakes/a drizzle of extra AB. Dunzo!

WHAT THE HELLTH: what you see on Instagram is not (always) an honest representation of the people you’re following, ESPECIALLY in the health and wellness space. People/influencers are often posting what they WANT you to see and what resonates with their brand. This desire for perfectionism is skewing our sense of wellness and health - I can promise you almost NO ONE is actually drinking green juices and eating salads for every meal and just because they curate their Instagram to make it seem like they do DOES NOT mean that’s the healthiest decision for your BIO INDIVIDUAL HEALTH!!! •
I may look happy or put together or whatever in this picture but there’s so much more going on underneath - I’ve struggled with chronic illnesses for over a decade that no one can physically see (which, in itself is a mind f*ck). Ive had to completely re acclimate to a new sense of self, understanding and really listening to my body’s limitations with Hashimotos autoimmune...I went from an energized college varsity athlete to barely being able to take my dog for walks. Every day really feels like a fight towards optimal health and I could NOT be more excited to start this new career to help others do the same!!!!
All of this is to say, that everyone on Instagram is fighting their own battles or dealing with their own sh*t. I URGE you to define health and wellness for yourself by truly listening to what your body wants/needs and not by measuring yourself against photoshopped pictures of girls drinking green juices! •
Health is a marathon, not a sprint! So let’s find that balance for you. YOUR BODY IS A TEMPLE AND IS THE ONLY THING YOU WILL HAVE EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE 💚 SO TREAT IT WELL•
