After experiencing sexual abuse, victims begin to question their self-worth. For me, I spent loads of money on clothing and jewelry because I thought in doing so I would be able to buy back the value I lost when I was raped-but it didn’t. I realized that I needed to rediscover who I was after the attack. Something happened that couldn't be changed but how I addressed that change would determine the outcome of my life. I soon realized that if my father is King then by default I’m royalty and that’s dope! I’ve never had a problem with celebrating others, but it was difficult for me to celebrate myself because I didn't think I was worthy but now, after self-evaluation, i realize just how dope I am and I celebrate that.

If there is one thing, I vow not to ever take someone on library dates! The only exception is for the fellow bookworms who won't mind me get lost through the aisles of the library and not even caring to look back at them.
The next best thing I love to do is to take my friends to my favourite second hand road side Anna shop, bargain and help my friends find the best book ever!
Despite all this like always, I stray a lot away from the common stereotypes of bookworms.
I don't mind e-books at all. I rarely read a book again, so I don't treasure it either and I am always on a lookout to pass my favourite books to my friends. My mom keeps nagging us(me and dad. She is guilty of hoarding onto books too) that thanks to our enormous book collection, we might as well start a library, for there is hardly any more space left for us in the world.
But still, the heart wants what it wants and each time I see a shinny, glossy book cover, my heart melts a little. That's where @amazonkindle comes into rescue. With their enormous book collection to choose from, I can read all my favourite books all from my phone. Of course, now my phone space is the only thing nagging at me, atleast not my mom! I always have my books at the reach of my hand and now @googleplay_offical have also become a huge help. I have book collections in my google play too. I always read atleast 2-4 books at once. It somehow keeps me sane.
This book featured here is a short read. It's one of those nonfiction books that I'm slogging myself to read for better helping me understand life and it's perspectives. .
