Le petit déjeuner: je ne pourrai pas m’en passer et quand les gens me disent que ça doit être long de préparer tout ça le matin bah oui effectivement c’est parfois un petit peu long mais je préfère me lever plus tôt. Je ne mange jamais exactement la même chose soit c’est du porridges au Lait d’amande avec une banane écrasée et quelques fruits frais ou bien un smoothie bowl avec du muesli et du yaourt végétal, Ou des tartines de pain, De préférence complet ou sans gluten, beurre végétal et parfois confiture Miel mais ça peut être aussi du jambon du fromage des pancake.... Ils étaient ces choses qui reviennent quasiment tout le temps c’est Dutée de préférence vert et des fruits frais car je ne mange pas de fruits à d’autres moments de la journée ou alors parfois en collation avant d’aller travailler #eatclean#eatwell#mangersain#petitdejeuner

Testosterone is high is boys, so they can build a lot of muscle.
While girls don’t have a lot of testosterone in there bodies, hence they cannot build a lot of muscle.
