To make this healthy tasty deliciousness
Quinoa asparagus. Dried Cranberries pomegranate seeds fingerling potatoes 1 sweet potato mixed greens raw walnuts salt pepper, oil of choice, fresh lemons. Tahini. 2 garlic cloves. Maple syrup frozen Lima beans, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
You cook quinoa season with salt pepper and a splash of liquid aminios, toss the fingerling potatoes and a peeled sweet potato in a drizzle of oil salt pepper and garlic powder, roast at 425 in the oven until cooked, rinse chop and cook asparagus in a little bit of oil and as soon as they are cooked put them in ice water to stop them from cooking, boil lines beans only for a couple of minutes and put in ice water as well. Than to make the dressing i did 1/2 cup of tahini, 2 cloves of garlic salt pepper, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar, water to thin and 2-4 tbsp lemon juice blend all together until creamy add water to make the dressing as thin as you'd like. Than put your greens in a bowl top with quinoa potatoes asparagus and beans than drizzle dressing over them add cranberries, pomegranates and walnuts. Preparando leche de almendras 🥛 pudiera parecer algo tedioso, pero no lo es, de hecho es muy sencillo y lo mas importante, tienes la confianza de saber como esta elaborada. En esta ocasión mi ayudante estrella 🌟 (Rommel) me ayudó a pelar las almendras (dice que quiere ser chef) 👨🍳 💙👍🏻👌 y claro que lo apoyo.
📒 ✏ Modo de preparación
✔Dejar germinando 2 tazas de almendras por 24 horas, pasado el tiempo tirar el agua (puedes ponérsela a una plantita 🌱🌷 verás que lindas se pondrán).
✔Aquí viene el paso que tal vez te de mas flojera, pero creeme que vale la pena, retirar la cáscara de la almendra (además ya remojadas, se quita super fácil.
✔Licuar 1 taza de almendras y 2 litros de agua y 2 dátiles ( yo le agrego un poco de vainilla).
✔Puedes colar con un pedazo de tela o con una malla, pero la verdad a mi me gusta con los trocitos pequeños de almendras 😋
✔ Licuar el resto y verter en un Mason o un recipiente que quede perfectamente cerrado.
Procura consumirla en menos de 1 semana

💟My best batch of #sourcreem yet
💟1 cup cashew soaked in boiling hot water for 1 hour, drain add to blender 💟1 tsp cider vinegar, juice of 1/2 lemon(or more to taste), salt, 1 tbsp parsley(my preference, you can omit) 💟Blend adding unsweetened milk of your choice, the less sweet the better, I used flax milk. I add 1/4-3/4 cup until desired consistency.
💟Does it taste like dairy sour cream?? Not really, but it is a creamy, delicious topping for anything you would normally add sour cream to. Chili, tacos, nachos, baked potatoes etc.
