Thank you so much to everyone who made tonight a success, pretty stoked we were able to raise a bit of $$ for a good cause and in the process eat some good healthy shit. 🖋 Writing update: Been writing everyday even if it means just 100 words a day. Last night reading through some excerpts from John Steinbeck's diary, his words encouraged me to persevere the hard writing days.
"When I am all done I shall relax but not until then. My life isn’t very long and I must get one good book written before it ends."
"I’ll get the book done if I just set one day’s work in front of the last day’s work. That’s the way it comes out. And that’s the only way it does."
That's all I want right now, to complete the major pieces in my mind. It's hard to explain in words the visions I see, so I'll have to finish!

🍎 5 claras de huevo 🍎3 cucharas de harina de avena/almendras. 🍎 1 cucharadita de cacao & Maca. 🍎2 fresas medianas . 🍎 pizca de polvo de hornear. 🍎canela al gusto . 🍎 stevia al gusto . 🍎 1 manzana roja mediana ( cortarla en cubos pequeños para rellenar crepa)
Ojo 👁 BUEN Sartén 🍳. PROCEDIMIENTO 🍎❤️
1. Licuar todos los ingredientes ( menos la manzana y canela) & esperar unos minutos para que la mezcla se acentúe mejor .
2. Precalienta tu Sartén & añade un poquito de spray o aceite de coco, luego hacerlas cremas.
3. En una taza revuelves un poco de canela , Stevia y los cubos de manzana 🍎. Una vez lista agregas un chorrito de agua y pones en un sartén a hervir esto por unos 5 minutos .
4. Luego listas las crepas rellenas con la manzana , fresas para decorar y canela . Puedes añadir si deseas miel o syrup bajo en azúcar . 🍎❤️DISFRUTA LOS ROJOS ❤️🍎
Siempre que hagas alimentos puedes agregar especies & otros tales como : canela , maca , jengibre , spirulina , moringa , cacao & muchos más . Para que sea más nutritivo tu plato .

💮Grounding is the function of the #Muladhara , the first chakra located at the very base of the spine. It is our sense of belonging, of being here and now, always supported, safe and provided for.⠀
💮Our Mother Earth offers us this foundation and nurturing if only we would get outside and soak in nature. Most of us are so caught up in our minds, feeding this anxiety and craziness by planning ahead, seeking this illusion of control and security instead of just being and allowing life to flow from the present moment.⠀
💮Connecting back to Mother Earth is a sense of coming home, everything created in this life is energy, all vibrating on different frequencies. When we begin to understand this, we have a deep knowing that we are the earth and the earth is within us — all created from the same great source of energy.⠀
💮We were never meant to be so disconnected from nature. We forget we are a part of it, and can't exist without this connection.⠀
💮More than ever we are feeling this disconnection with all these cement walls up, busy office lives and horrible shoes. When we lie on the grass and let Her flow through us, we are returning home. Immense peace and clarity flows through us as we hover in the eternal now nurtured by our Great Mother.⠀
