For the love of veggies, you have got to try out zucchini brownies if you haven’t yet! I know what you are thinking, zucchini in a classic ooey gooey chocolatey brownie- no thank you. Vegan cookie dough energy balls:
1/2 cup of nut butter of your choice (I used peanut butter)
1/4 cup honey
2 1/4 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp @sonomasyrupco vanilla bean extract “crush”
2 tbsp @enjoylifefoods semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients, roll into 13 balls, store in refrigerator

Goulash in the winter on pretty china 👌. 20th century remains one of my favorite spots in SF. Like them, I too love adding a scoop of non-flavored, whole milk yogurt to my chili’s, stews, and hearty winter soups.
🍊Rainbow bowl, Dai Mom’s makeover of DaiDai’s sushi bowl from one of the earlier posts. It turned out more like bibimbap and is quite tasty with sriracha. Deets: edamame, corn, cucumber, carrots, nori strips, kale, vegan sausage, and red rice with sesame seeds.

In my version, I used organic spelt flour, half organic coconut sugar and half white sugar, and the zest of a whole orange. I juiced the 🍊 and topped up to 1C with @oasiscanada Exotic Mango juice 😁-

Topped with our homemade PB WHITE SWEET POTATO HUMMUS: baked, chilled Japanese White Sweet Potato, 1 heaping tablespoon crunchy PB @woodstockfoods , 10 ounces drained organic chickpeas - all processed in food processor. 😋
Other toppings include: fresh organic arugula, organic walnuts @woodstockfoods , dried cranberries, dried figs, pumpkin seeds, apple pie spice & black pepper. Eat cold or heat in oven at 350 for 8-10 min.
