Let me clear this off once and for all. There is no such thing as being a hardgainer. The only reasons why you cannot put on weight or build muscle is because you...

a) just don’t eat enough calories and/or
b) your NEAT (Non-Exercising Activity Thermogenesis) is very high.🔥

To recapitulate what NEAT is; It is the energy spent when you are not training. Basically every kind of activity you can think of that does not involve training, such as talking, walking around, moving your head etc.

Bottom line: If your goal is to put on weight to build muscle and become the next superhero, I suggest you to use a fitness app to track everything you eat. For example, if you eat 2500 calories/day and still can not gain weight, just increase your calories by 100-200 and see how it goes on the scale.📈

500g Gulaschfleisch
4 Zwiebeln 
4 große Paprika
2-3 Tomaten 
500ml Suppe (bevorzugt Rindsuppe)
1 EL Paprikapulver 
Salz 
Pfeffer

Zwiebel klein schneiden und zusammen mit dem Gulaschfleisch in etwas Öl anrösten.  Die Paprika und Tomaten würfeln und dazu geben. Mit 500ml Rindsuppe ablöschen. Würzen und das Paprikapulver dazu geben. Das ganze dann 2-3h auf unterster Stufe leicht köcheln lassen. Am besten schmeckt es wie Gulasch 😂 am nächsten Tag nochmal aufgewärmt 😋

So everytime I wanted to eat Indian food I have always ignored palak and corn from the menu until my brother insisted on eating laccha paratha and palak corn. add 1/2 chopped onion and

now add half cup of chopped tomatoes, 
pinch of salt, 
Add a Handful of fresh chopped basil 🌿 
and some black pepper according to your taste,
Once light brown add 1/cup of mixed vegetables and stir well,
Let it simmer for 15 minuets and serve, -

Hoy tuve uno de esos días en los que se pierde la motivación, en los que ves todo muy complicado, y quizás hasta me sentí un poco perdida. Suelo ser siempre muy positiva, y esta sensación la rechazo y quiero q se vaya urgente. But if you've been eating whatever the fuck you want for years and have slowly (or quickly) gained weight because of it, you probably aren't going to be able to just "listen to your body" and all of a sudden start making healthy choices.

You need some education, awareness and accountability, my friend.

So my first recommendation for you is to start tracking everything you put in your pretty little mouth. The easiest way to do this is use a free app- my favorite is MyFitnessPal.

In the app everything you log will automatically show you how many calories you've eaten and what the macros are for each item. This will put into perspective just how much  you've been eating and what the quality of that food has been.
*
What you will likely discover (because this is what everyone discovers) is that you've been eating way more than you realized, and you've been eating way too many carbs and fat, and not nearly enough protein.
*
Once you've seen what kind of damage you're dealing with you can start making small adjustments: smaller portions, swapping bread for veggies, or skipping that second lunch altogether.
*
Then watch the weight fall off. 😍

When  I started with lifting weights I was on a strict diet, no sugar no fat I was proud if I had eaten less than 1600 kcal.
Now I started 4 months ago with my fitness journey, after giving bird and struggling with cancer.
Now I eat allot more, and I feel so much better than 3 years ago!

Transformation Tuesday 🙈. On the left, I was a cardio bunny, spending all my workouts on the bike and training for a half marathon.🐰 I had no clue how to eat and had zero plan other than "eat less, carbs are bad." I thought that's what I was supposed to do for a lean, fit look. Yeah no. .

I got fed up because it wasn't working, not even a little bit. I met Leslie Ann and found @fatloss_foodies on IG and the rest is history. I was drawn to her because of her no nonsense, sustainable approach. I latched on because I knew I could do it. This was in 2014. I dropped almost 30 pounds in a few months and did nothing but take photos of my abs 😂. Years of living this FLF lifestyle has not only changed my look, but my outlook. Now I eat and I lift and walk right on by the treadmill. The scales have continued to go back up and I'm now within 10 lbs of that photo on the left. Pretty stoked about that because it's MUSCLE ya'll. .
