I know some of you are going to be really confused by those numbers. 😂😂 “How the hell can she weigh only a few pounds less but look so different”? Well my friends, it’s about body composition and YEARS of dedication to get there.
On the left I look like I was pregnant, but I wasn’t. 😆 I wasn’t a mom yet...just working full time, commuting 3 hours a day, eating out and not making the gym a priority. My body fat was probably around 30%. Clearly, I had less muscle, more fat.
On the right, I’m about 18% body fat. Way more muscle. Dedicated to eating for my goals and lifting 4-5 days a week.
Muscle is compact and heavier than fat. Now don’t get confused by this—1 lb of muscle still weighs the same as 1 lb of fat. But muscle cells are more dense, and take up one-third less space compared to fat. So when we say muscle weighs more than fat, we are referring to density and volume.
Muscle tissue, pound for pound, requires 3-4 times more calories to maintain compared to fat and is important in the process of energy metabolism.
So this means that a pound of metabolically active muscle tissue requires 5-7 calories per pound while fat tissue is less metabolically active, needing only about 2 calories per pound.
Kind of a no-brainer to me...

Okay, i dont have words to say about this place because not only it became my second home but also one of my favourite and happy place. This place is located in the @Citycentre2 mall just on the top floor besides @Kathleen.
Its one of the best lounges in the city right now. Its actually not a dance bar or pub. But they have a dance floor and allows people to dance just for fun. This place is not much big but will steal the show with their amazing vintage decor of theme Road Traffic.
Its actually famous for their deals of Happy Hours. As they serve the best Beer and Beverages.
As i went there many times, so sharing the menu of my very first visit.
We ordered :
1. 3ltr house Beer pitcher
2. Mexican bite
3. Chilly chiken (Dry)
4. Balwant singh's chicken
5. 2ltr house beer (Again)
6. Flavoured hookah.
I strongle recommend my favourite place to you guys. Please don't miss this place to shake your hips. If you love clubbing and drinking just go there without any doubts ❤

This homemade chicken shawarma salad was hummus-zing.
Marinate chicken thighs in shawarma seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes at 400. Slice thighs and crisp in cast iron pan for 5 minutes. Serve with baba ganoush, Israeli salad, white sauce and pomegranate seeds.

It's good to use juices for an occasional detox -
