Transformation Tuesday 🙈. On the left, I was a cardio bunny, spending all my workouts on the bike and training for a half marathon.🐰 I had no clue how to eat and had zero plan other than "eat less, carbs are bad." I thought that's what I was supposed to do for a lean, fit look. Yeah no. .
I got fed up because it wasn't working, not even a little bit. I met Leslie Ann and found @fatloss_foodies on IG and the rest is history. I was drawn to her because of her no nonsense, sustainable approach. I latched on because I knew I could do it. This was in 2014. I dropped almost 30 pounds in a few months and did nothing but take photos of my abs 😂. Years of living this FLF lifestyle has not only changed my look, but my outlook. Now I eat and I lift and walk right on by the treadmill. The scales have continued to go back up and I'm now within 10 lbs of that photo on the left. Pretty stoked about that because it's MUSCLE ya'll. .
Fat Loss Foodies changed my life. I built a lifestyle I could manage and keep, and I have never looked back. I have worked with other nutrition professionals as my goals changed BUT FLF gave me a foundation and a mindset I continue to default to because IT JUST WORKS.
