ever since i stopped drinking bottled water & have committed only to drink alkaline or spring water & only from glass, my body really feels the consequences when i slip up. since i’ve been away from home & i haven’t had a chance to go & get good quality water, i have been choosing not to drink any water at all. every time i take a sip my body literally rejects it. it tastes is so gross to me. it’s so salty. 😭 so in replace of water, i have been making sure to eat HYDRATING fruits. honestly that’s the only reason why i haven’t dropped to the ground from dehydration 😭. this moment right here was pure relief, though. went back to the basics for fuel. nature provides yo. coconut water is top 2 and it’s NOT two. 🥥 i started drinking it and remembered how hydrating nature’s water really is. #whoNeedsPlasticBottles 🥥🥥🥥

🏥I never understood how health care facilities don’t have plant based options for people who are literally in there because of all of the shitty food they eat. Someone is in here because of their high blood pressure & DM type 2? This 2% milk, eggs and chicken breast will surely help them get better.

Finally!! If you're dying know how to make my version of a vegan breakfast omlette, thank you for your patience. I actually only make this due to my grandma who misses eggs and loves when i cook this up. She was ready to give up and go back to eating cholesterol-packed unfertilized chicken periods, so I practiced relentlessly to find the closest thing possible, now i will share 🍴👉 | Cheezy Vegan Omlette | (one serving)
*1 cup textured soy protein *1/4 cup tapioca or chickpea flour *1/4 cup nutritional yeast *1/2 table spoon tumeric powder *black sea salt (egg flavor) *dash of cayenne pepper and paprika *litterally any seasoning you desire *(didnt measure) Add a little water or plant milk until you have a slightly smooth mix(like pancake batter) *on skillet, add oil or vegan butter and cook med-low(get a good sizzle going) scramble and press as you go for about 10 mins *fold veggies and vegan cheese in after omlette is fully cooked and fry it a little extra on both sides as i did above *go ahead and sprinkle additional black sea salt over omlette as this will enhance egg flavor
