What a lovely sight before my eyes. This #celery and #buttonholekale juice was waiting for me when i got in my car the other day. I know I’m guilty of thinking too deep , which is not necessarily a bad thing (although the word guilty seems to lend itself to negative connotations). Anyway I digress , when I set eyes upon this drink ... it reminded me of life. My life. When I had left the car ... the jar was fuzzy , colours intertwined , mingling yet seeming a little lost ... unsure of where they were supposed to be. Once I returned ... an air of calmness had fallen upon the juice. All was well , settled , confident in its own structure. Visually pleasing , yet more importantly mentally stable. Settled after it’s fuzzy entrance into the world. This is life in juice form. One of my favorite people of all time getting honored once again like she always does. This time @summer10yates came home for the weekend to receive her Gatorade State Player of the Year Award. She also was honored this past week as being named to the Pac 12 All-Freshman Team. Oh yea she’s a former EAT athlete! Proud of you Summer!#EatLife

A heartwarming and motivating 2 days; lots of different baking & milling demos, insane whole grain pastries & cakes, talks from visionary farmers, millers, researchers, bakers; discussions, debates, exchanges. So many generous sharings of knowledge, dreams and action plans.

Insanely beautiful buttonhead kale from an organic farm in Lincolnshire! Sweet, crisp, punchy. They got blanched and then fried in garlic along with cavalo nero & curly kale. Triple kale earthy madness 🍬🎆🧜🏻♀️😍
