#stillhere still working out and eating right. Just been down with a migraine and trying to play catch up from our trip.
Went to Aldi today and got some great stuff, lots of yummy fruits, veggies and lean meats. Totally set for another healthy week!
Also, I joined my first #dietbet I am so excited! Never done one and it just looked like fun!
So crazy to me that in 1.5 weeks of eating healthier + working out 6/7 days a week I have lost 3 inches around my belly! 😱
My stomach has always been "my problem area" ever since having my first baby almost 8 years ago! It's grown and shrank and grown and shrank...I have hopes my hard work will keep it shrinking before I try to have more babies! 💓
PS: this is the only measuring I have done as of today. I took before measurements but want to measure those losses at 1 months time etc.
This is so true. Motivation is something I have struggled with for years and something I have struggled to hold onto. But the sad reality is getting older makes you more aware of the importance of good health. I have tried many times over the years to stay on track but due to loving food and not naturally being a lover of exercise I have fallen back into old bad habits. I decided to use Instagram for accountability. So here I am a 40 something year old working mum giving my best. I am 2 weeks in and so far I’m eating really well and moving. My goal is to Set habits for life but first I need to get past the 3 month mark which is where I usually slip backwards. 1. Try drinking water w/ lemon in the morning
2. Wash your mouth out w/ peroxide and water
3. Eat lunch like dinner but don’t over do it, a protein and veggies is cool
3. Dinner have some raw veggies and hummus
4. Bedtime drink water w/ ginger, lemon & mint (blended) of course 😍
