🌙The first is eating at night. Calories don’t magically get more fattening past 6:00pm. The amount of weight you ultimately gain or lose is determined by the long term balance of energy you’re in.

⚖️If you end up eating more total calories than your body burns over time regardless of when you eat, you will gain weight.

🥔Which brings me to the next common myth. Believe it or not carbs don’t make you fat. If you eat too many calories regardless of protein, fat, or carbs, you will get fat.

🏃🏽‍♂️And then there’s cardio. It’s actually not necessary to lose weight. This is not to say it’s bad or has no benefits, it’s just not mandatory for fat loss.

🔥You can very easily lose weight with a solid diet paired with other forms of exercise without the involvement of cardio.

Ok so I’ve had a few people saying to me recently about how I eat too late sometimes and so maybe that’s why it’s harder to drop this last bit of fat. It’s harder now because I’m now at a point where my muscle mass is increasing because I don’t have lots of fat left to shift. This isn’t a post to have a go or moan so I please don’t be offended but it’s easier to show you all in one go and to just to try show what I have been trying to explain about how my training/meal plans work with my body atm :) I eat within my meal plan so regardless of the time, as long as I’m eating within what my current plan is till I get to my next stage, this is a broken down version of everything I’ve been talking about 🙂much love to you all 😘 Taken from various sources on google and Instagram. I don’t remember that last time I called in, or left work sick. But, today was one of those days. My migraine yesterday turned into congestion, and lightheadedness. So I came home and chilled on the couch. The kids had cereal for lunch...it was not one of my prouder mom-days.
