It's unfortunate that these social and playful creatures are bred only to be forced to live in abusive, unbearable conditions so that some people can satisfy their taste buds.  Our definition of "food" is spoonfed to us by the same  greedy entities who control and profit from the chambers of horror we know as farms.  I encourage anyone with a remote interest in justice to visit a farm and see the living conditions of what ultimately ends up in their guts.  The physical and psychological trauma that farmed animals endure for our eating pleasures is unjustifiable. What's more pitiful is that we are blind to the karma unfolding.  This overconsumption of pain and suffering of  billions of innocent creatures has led to an unprecedented devastation of human health and destruction of our planet.

Our easy version of Pho soup (Sorry to those of you from Vietnam🙈) Ingredients:
1 packet of vermicelli (rice noodles)
Shoots
Can of chickpeas
Chinese cabbage
Can of sweet corn
2 chillies
1 lime
2 handfuls of mint leaves

Broth:
1 liter vegetable broth
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chopped ginger

To make the broth, first sear onion, ginger and garlic in a pot, add the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for 20 minutes. 
Prepare rice noodles, then cut up the other ingredients and put everything in a bowl together. Pour the broth over it and it's ready to serve. 😁

This soup is the perfect light meal that's also full of vitamins and fiber. This recipe makes 4 portions and the ingredients cost us just under 10 euro.

Wegańskie wigilijne drugie danie 💚 Dokładnie ono wyląduje na naszym stole 24.12 💚 Wyszło pysznie! Różne struktury i smaki: lekko ostry, kwaskowy, chrupko - aksamitne ziemniaczki! Jednym słowem - POLECAMY, na pewno wypróbujcie chociaż pieczeń - rewelacja 👍
Składniki znajdują się na 3 i 4 zdjęciu, przepisy poniżej: 🌿 Pieczeń:
- Piekarnik nastaw na 180C, keksówkę wyłóż papierem do pieczenia.
- Na patelni rozgrzej olej i wrzuć posiekaną cebulę żeby się zeszkliła. Po chwili dodaj
posiekany drobno czosnek i chwilkę podsmażaj. Dodaj posiekane drobniutko
pieczarki i startą marchewkę - smaż jeszcze 5 minut.
- Całość przesyp z patelni do kielicha blendera/miksera i dodaj wszystkie pozostałe
składniki. Blenduj kilka razy pulsującym ruchem - mieszanina ma NIE BYĆ jednolita.
Jeśli jest za sucha dodaj kapkę wody, jeśli za mokra - dorzuć płatków owsianych.
- Masę wyłóż do formy i piecz 45-50 min (na zewnątrz ma powstać chrupka skórka).
🌿 Ziemniaki:
- Ziemniaki obierz i pokrój na ćwiartki. Gotuj do miękkości, ale tak by się nie

Receta para: 4 a 5 empanadas

✅1 plátano verde o macho.
✅2 tazas del relleno de tu preferencia: queso rallado, carne molida, frijoles molidos… el asunto es que el relleno sea lo más seco posible.
✅Sal al gusto.
✅Agua en cantidad necesaria.

Pon a hervir bastante agua en una olla sopera. Coloca el plátano cortado en rebanadas gruesas, con todo y cáscara (esto es CLAVE).

Para armar las empanadas, saca un puñado de la masa, haz una bolita sobre un trozo de plástico apoyado en la mesa, aplasta la masa hasta formar una tortita redonda de unos 3mm de grueso, pon una cucharada del relleno en el centro, dobla la tortita a la mitad con la ayuda del plástico y presiona los bordes.

-½ atado de espinacas cocidas al vapor y picadas
-2 cdas. de harina
-2 cdas. de leche en polvo descremada
-4 cdas. de leche fluida descremada

🌮Relleno: -4 cdas. de queso blanco descremado
-2 cdas. de granos de choclo amarillos
-1 zanahoria rallada
-4 hojas de lechuga
-4 rodajas de tomate
-2 cdas. de pencas blancas de apio picadas

🌮Salsa: -4 cdas. de queso blanco descremado
-1 cda. de aceite de oliva
-1 morrón asado, pelado y sin las semillas

🌮Para decorar:
-2 cdas. de perejil fresco picado

🌮Preparación

-Salsa: Licuar el queso blanco con el morrón y el aceite. -Crepes: Licuar los ingredientes para las crepes, calentar una panquequera, retirarla de la hornalla y cubrirla con rocío vegetal. Realizar las crepes y colocarlas en un plato a baño de María para que se mantengan tiernas.
-Relleno: Mezclar el queso blanco con los granos de choclo, el apio y la zanahoria. Untar las crepes, acomodar encima las rodajas de tomate y las hojas de lechuga y doblar en dos.
Servir cubiertas con la salsa de morrón y salpicar con perejil.
