Yes I have my master’s and no I’m not done yet 🤭 Some way, somehow I managed to fit in school work into my schedule. Now I’m fitting studying for the BCBA exam into my schedule for the next few months 😅
Its all a matter of balance, self care, planning, and a whole lot of saying “no” to things. And I’m cool with that 🤷🏻♀️ I love my job and love the path in life I’ve chosen; and saying “no” to things is OKAY •

Nourishment and Movement are the basics for Inner Healing and a happy, fulfilling and thriving life experience. FOOD IS FUEL. FOOD IS MEDICINE. FOOD IS FUEL. ✨✨Your cells renew themselves all the time through what you ingest. What you put into your body literally becomes you. And in order for your cells to perform all the necessary repair and growth tasks for you to thrive they need all the proper nutrients. When you want to vibrate high, you need to fill yourself up with with high vibrancy goodness of nature. With an abundance of Plant Based Whole Foods. Your body does the rest. It’s that simple. We are all eating anyway, so give your body what it needs for healing and observe how your whole feeling experience of life changes on a mind - body - soul level, making you feel whole again. Euphoric. Energized. You never know how good you can feel until you actually experience this thrive within. And move your body daily, for the joy of it. MOVEMENT IS THERAPY. ✨✨ We are active beings, energetic beings, the energy within needs to keep flowing. Whenever we become too sedentary, our own stuck negative energy patterns drain us, taint our perception of the world, distort our emotions by putting a filter over the love we are underneath, block the free flow of energy. Stuck energy patterns and the resulting disturbance of the energy field of our body is the real cause of illnesses. Our own unresolved emotions make us sick. Unless we release them, and next to feeling them, which is easier when you are connected to your body through exercise in the first place, we can also just shake them off, in what ever form you like to move your body. Dance, sprint, swim, lift, whatever lights you up, the endorphin release is golden for your overall well being anyway. And with a cleansed energy field the whole world looks and feels a whole lot different. Changing diet and exercise habits were the magic Ingredient in my own healing and are the simplest things to Integrate into daily life. You just get to choose to thrive and adjust your lifestyle accordingly.✨✨
