Its all a matter of balance, self care, planning, and a whole lot of saying “no” to things. And I’m cool with that 🤷🏻‍♀️ I love my job and love the path in life I’ve chosen; and saying “no” to things is OKAY •

3 Reasons why I think diets are BS

1. You can GAIN weight on a diet 🤯 #mindblown This “diet” is most likely restricting you from eating certain foods or even to a larger extent, eliminating an entire food group. What kind of message is that sending to you? RESTRICTION. And what do you subconsciously do when you feel like you’re being told “NO!”, you rebel.

You mentally rebel & go eat! You eat those foods you e been told not too & often times in copious amounts. Overconsumption = Weight Gain. Not only that, when you stop this “diet” your body rebels against you too! Your body is shocked, has no idea what the hell you’re doing, & isn’t really sure how to digest them again.

2. You’re SLOWING DOWN you’re metabolism. No, diets don’t rev it up 🤦🏻‍♀️ EATING FOOD revs up your metabolism. A metabolism is a system inside of you meant to BREAK DOWN FOOD. Therefore, it increases with more food intake, not by retracting it - make sense?

3. Diets encourage self hate. I hear it all the time! You ate 2 cookies and BAM; cue the negative self talk. “Oh I suck!” - “Oh you just proved your own point in not being able to do this!” - “Girl why do you even try? You’re not worth it!” Buckle up because the hate train is taking you down a deep dark hole & encouraging you to eat your emotions 🙅🏻‍♀️

Nourishment and Movement are the basics for Inner Healing  and a happy, fulfilling and thriving life experience. FOOD IS FUEL. FOOD IS MEDICINE. FOOD IS FUEL. ✨✨Your cells renew themselves all the time through what you ingest. What you put into your body literally becomes you. And in order for your cells to perform all the necessary repair and growth tasks for you to thrive they need all the proper nutrients. When you want to vibrate high, you need to fill yourself up with with high vibrancy goodness of nature. With an abundance of Plant Based Whole Foods. Your body does the rest. It’s that simple. We are all eating anyway, so give your body what it needs for healing and observe how your whole feeling experience of life changes on a mind - body - soul level, making you feel whole again. Euphoric. Energized. You never know how good you can feel until you actually experience this thrive within. And move your body daily, for the joy of it. MOVEMENT IS THERAPY. ✨✨ We are active beings, energetic beings, the energy within needs to keep flowing. Whenever we become too sedentary, our own stuck negative energy patterns drain us, taint our perception of the world, distort our emotions by putting a filter over the love we are underneath, block the free flow of energy. Stuck energy patterns and the resulting disturbance of the energy field of our body is the real cause of illnesses. Our own unresolved emotions make us sick. Unless we release them, and next to feeling them, which is easier when you are connected to your body through exercise in the first place,  we can also just shake them off, in what ever form you like to move your body. Dance, sprint, swim, lift, whatever lights you up, the endorphin release is golden for your overall well being anyway. And with a cleansed energy field the whole world looks and feels a whole lot different. Changing diet and exercise habits were the magic Ingredient in my own healing and are the simplest things to Integrate into daily life. You just get to choose to thrive and adjust your lifestyle accordingly.✨✨

It is a highly water-soluble fiber, so nutrients are easily absorbed by the body making it easier to digest than other flours.

I am 2 days back to 30 days and I already feel better in my body and my mind. Good food all day by the pool yesterday with amazing gluten free, dairy free, clean organic spaghetti and meatballs last night, shake this morning and grilled chicken with asparagus right now for lunch... and I feel less anxious, more focused and more energetic. Is it a coincidence? maybe. But I don't believe in coincidences
