built this flavor combo around the honey ginger turkey breasts we got (on sale and such a steal might I add๐Ÿ˜) HOWEVER you can flavor your meat at home by simply mixing a little honey, oil, and minced ginger together to make a marinade and letting your meat soak it up overnight
โ˜๐Ÿฝ first of all, nothing can spice up some veggies like a little fresh jam. I used a tbsp or so of orange ginger marmalade and a drizzle of oil over top of my carrot + brussel mix to give them just a tad bit of sweetness. donโ€™t forget to sprinkle a little salt (to taste) and just a couple grinds of pepper. roasted on a sheet pan at 400 for about 20 minutes

are you a chicken and veggie kind of meal prepper? or maybe getting a little tired of your plain ole chicken recipe? well fear not my friend, because I have a solution for you!!!
LEMON TAHINI CHICKEN ๐Ÿ‹
you only need 3 extra ingredients to spice up your next chicken dish, or weekly meal prep. 1๏ธโƒฃ lemon 2๏ธโƒฃ tahini 3๏ธโƒฃ your favorite herb (I used sage because I have some fresh from the garden, but basil would also be super yummy) and pepper!
all I did to prep this bad boy was slather a couple thinly sliced chicken breasts with tahini, douse in lemon and pepper, then stuff with fresh sage leaves. I sliced the chicken long ways with small slivers to stuff the sage in, kinda like little pockets. baked them in a cast iron at 415 for about 20 minutes (ish)
also roasted up some sweet potatoes in the skillet to add some healthy carbs to our salads. You could also toss in a pan of veggies and BAM youโ€™ve got food prepped for the week! just another reminder that heathy doesnโ€™t have to be complicated, or boring!!

last morning soaking in the glory of the San Juan Islands. sharing one of my favorite breakfasts to feed a crew of hungry adventurers - potatoes or veggies mixed with a little protein (chicken or sausage) make for a perfect bed to crack a big batch of eggs on. find a big ole pan, heat up your bottom layer (dinner leftovers make a perfect base!!), then cut the heat down and crack some eggs across the top. keep the pan covered and youโ€™ll have the most perfectly cooked eggs in no time. I like to keep mine a little on the runny side, so just a couple minutes on low heat and breakfast is served ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

1.  Rinse and then cook 1 cup red quinoa. Let cool.
2. Mix with about:
โ€ข 1.5 cups frozen corn ๐ŸŒฝ
โ€ข 1 can drained and rinsed black beans
โ€ข about 1/4 cup diced red onion
โ€ข some chopped fresh parsley (or cilantro!) ๐ŸŒฟ
โ€ข the juice and zest of 1-2 limes
โ€ข a drizzle of canola oil
โ€ข @traderjoes chili ๐ŸŒถ lime seasoning to taste

Homemade baked granola bars, recipe from Inspired Taste. I am not convinced these are going to stay together like a granola bar should.......but they taste fantastic! Thinking they will be really good with some vanilla yogurt ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ Everything but the last 3 ingredients were mixed in a bowl and then the wet ingredients were mixed separately and added last- baked at 350 for 25min. 
1 2/3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats, processed till finely ground in a food processor or blender

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes or a combination

1/4 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon water
