I've been pretty quiet on here as of late - partially because I was spending all my time with my family this past weekend and partially because I've been trying to disconnect more from my phone.
I started my new workout split last night, and after 10 days away from the gym, I am crazy sore. But I am extremely motivated to kick some serious booty for the final 10 weeks of my maintenance phase before I cut. Things are about to get #lit . I seriously cannot believe that I'm less than 10 weeks away from this phase to be over. I've been working towards this since the end of December so I am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Oats Deets: cinnamon oats mixed with 1 tbsp each ground sesame seed and ground sunflower seeds (seed cycling and hormone health), raspberries and some Cadbury mini eggs.

GOOD LUCK I’m so excited for this giveaway for you!! ———————————————————————————— So I actually made a dinner rather than eating meal prep 🤗🙆🏼♀️ Feeling fancy over here but truly this meal took under 20 mins to make 👊🏻 I’ve got a veggie taco and then a salmon taco 🙌🏻 Made with some paleo @mikeys quesadillas 💯 You wouldn’t even know they were grain free and gluten free, they hold up sooo well and taste amazing too! I even convinced Eli to give them a try and he can be hesitant to try new foods 😛 Quoting him here as saying “this is one of the best dinners I’ve had in awhile” 😏 I think it’s because he made the guac and was proud of it 😜 We struggle sometimes because we eat very differently but it’s always so fun cooking a recipe we’re both excited for 🤗 Hope you guys had a fabulous tuesday!! After doing this program for just a few days, I’m convinced it will be my most FAVORITE OF ALL!!!!!!
When a fitness program gives you 4 days of workouts, 30-40 mins a day, 3 rest days, and you can still have your doughnut, you know it’s a WINNER🍩🍩🍩

Let’s talk about 3 things reallllllyy quick;
I find that every day I need to be excited about eating healthy, growing muscles, and changing my figure and if I’m not none of those things follow through for me. Do I slip? Yes. Do I say “UGH IM SO FAT NOTHING CHANGES” yes. (Bc I’m dramatic 🙄) everyone has their down falls and things that discourage them from reaching their goals. But what you should focus on is day by day. If you have a bad eating day and don’t go to the gym don’t tell yourself ok I messed up the whole week I’ll start again next week. KEEP GOING. every DAY is a new day and you can change all the time! Do t deprive yourself but realize what will make you faster and stronger instead of what ice cream is your favorite 🤫🤷🏼♀️. I know the struggle but what shows your dedication, consistency and motivation is your attitude, your mindset and your mental health. Take care of your brain and tell yourself I can do this! Because you can!!! We all can. ITS ONLY TUESDAY! Kill the week guys!! 😝💪🏼👍🏻 (ps. The pic on the left is from 2 months ago pic on the right was this weekend!! Ayeeee)
Breakfast is my FAVORITE meal of the day 🥞 here are some scrambled eggs 🍳 with “Everything But the Bagel” seasoning from #TraderJoes and it’s been a total game changer 😍 I also prepped some waffle batter to use through the week. This week is banana oat loaded with healthy carbs and omega-3s from ground flax seeds! 🍌🍫 Sprinkle some cacao nibs and maple syrup and B O O M — the best breakkie in the world 🌍🌟
I have recently started rejecting the "either/or” mentality. I got to say it's been quite a liberating experience because it’s unlocking limiting thought patterns in my life.
"I can either own my sexuality or be a successful business woman.”
I am a complex human, who has plenty of room to both embrace & express every aspect of my being.
“I can either be a creative person or a successful business owner.”
I can leverage my creativity to improve my business skills.
At the end of the day, what you believe about yourself is what you are.
It’s what you emanate & perpetuate.
Working on changing your belief system about yourself will help you shape the thoughts, actions, and eventually, the results that you see throughout your life.
If you believe that you are limitless and capable of anything you put your mind to, then opportunities will open up to you. You will also have a certain intrinsic motivation & drive about you.
Work on the belief set that surrounds your desired outcome because If you believe that you’re capable of achieving the goal, then the motivation will come naturally.
