Sunday's are for slow cooking.
Chicken, bacon, bell peppers, red chili, red onion, petit pois, baby carrot, chopped tomatoes, a tbsp of tomato puree, 100g of rice and a Schwartz slow cooker chicken curry mix.
It look horrific now but it's bloody lovely.
I usually get about 3 servings at roughly 600kcal and 60-80g of protein depending on how much of everything you prefer.
The beauty of slow cooking is there are no real rules or set recipes.
Crack on, have fun, throw whatever you fancy in. It's fresh, it's filling, it's easy and broadly speaking it will be healthier than anything out of a packet.
It also smells amazing.
