It’s such a 1️⃣🛑 shop. It has produce you can’t find in any other grocer, a dry age section in there meat department, and an emphasis on local yum. The deli section and bar is AMAZE.

Here we have their interdependence day meal. Chef E comes from generations of a fruit farm. Her mango mousse, I jokingly told my table could get someone to fall in love with them at first bite! No joke. 😍❤️

I was lucky enough to meet Chef E from @limeandcoconut at @foodfortfest while her food speaks for itself, hearing her stories of food struck me in the gut. She is a pioneer bringing Asian (specifically Thai) food to Idaho. She’s a fellow foodie.
