1 (4.4 oz) package @redbaronpizza French Bread Singles 5 Cheese Garlic Pizza
6 @simpletruth4u Natural Cage Free Grain Free Large Brown Eggs
1/2 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce 
salt, to taste
6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon bacon fat
Green onions, for garnish
.
Bake Red Baron French Bread according to package directions. Set aside, but keep warm. 
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, hot sauce, and salt. Set aside. 
Place bacon in a single layer onto a large non-stick saute pan. 
Cook over medium heat until crispy. 
Remove bacon from pan and set aside to cool, then crumble. 
Drain the bacon fat, reserving 1 tablespoon. 
Re-heat saute pan and add in reserved bacon fat. 
Pour in egg mixture and cook until eggs have set, moving them around with a rubber spatula to scramble.
Once cooked, stir in crumbled bacon. 
Taste and re-season, if necessary. 
Top cooked french bread with egg mixture and top with green onions. 
Slice and serve!

If you have some strawberries, bread, an egg, milk, protein powder, and some cinnamon you're all set for this recipe!🎉
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/2 cup milk together. Dip each piece of bread into mix and fry one side at a time, sprinkling each side with cinnamon before frying. Once each side is crisp, add toppings! I did strawberries, @jojoschocolatebark , lite maple syrup, and some turkey bacon pieces🥓

È la mia seconda ricetta di brownie senza glutine a basso indice glicemico, veloce e solo con gli ingredienti ad alto valore nutrizionale. Questa volta alla mia ricetta ho aggiunto le barbabietole rosse e pistacchi.Si, si hai letto bene, le barbabietole😀Si prestano molto bene nella pasticceria perché ricche in acqua, infatti ogni rapa è composta da ben il 91% di acqua, donano morbidezza e il bellissimo colore alle tue creazioni

Le rape rosse sono una bomba di salute in gravidanza, postparto e allattamento grazie ad alcune sue caratteristiche speciali:

🌱La barbabietola rossa, infatti, contiene un altissimo numero di fibre, solubili e insolubili, che servono a regolarizzare il transito intestinale e mantengono basso il livello di glucosio e di colesterolo all'interno del sangue

🌱Inoltre la barbabietola è ricca di tantissimi sali minerali come il ferro, il potassio, lo iodio, il sodio e il magnesio, nonché di un gran numero di vitamine del gruppo B (B1, B2, B3 e B6), tutte perfette per rinvigorire il sistema immunitario,il sistema digestivo e il metabolismo cellulare.

You only have to put the #cheese and a bit of milk to adjust the texture in the pan you used for the pasta (while you drain pasta). Then put the pasta back to mix it with the sauce, and voilà !

½ cucharadita de sal del Himalaya
1½ tazas (210 g) de maní sin sal picado en trozos grandes
Revestimiento de chocolate
1 taza (100 g) de cacao en polvo
¾ taza (180 ml) de manteca de cacao derretida (180 g sin fundir)

Cubra la base y los lados de un molde cuadrado de 20 cm con papel de hornear antiadherente, extendiendo el papel 5 cm sobre los lados.

500 gr tepung cakra 
210 gr air/susu lebih mantap
3 butir kuning telur (telur jgn dingin)
1 bks ragi/yeast/fermipan (11gr)
1/2 sdt vanilla ekstrak
3 sdm susu bubuk
kurang lebih 60 gr margarin

untuk dip glaze :
elmer chocomaltine&green tea

Cara membuat :
1.Larutkan ragi dengan sedikit air.tunggu sekitar 1 menitan.
2.campurkan tepung terigu,kuning telur,vanila,susu dengan air dan ragi tadi
3.uleni selama 30 menit hingga tercampur rata,jika masih dirasa lengket tambahkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit dan tangan dan wadah dilumuri margarin sedikit demi sedikit.
4.bila dirasa,adonan telah kalis dengan tanda tidak menempel.diamkan selama 1 jam

Donuts a.l.a Jco by Azka Savanah bahan2 : 500 gr tepung cakra 210 gr air/susu lebih mantap 3 butir kuning telur (telur jgn dingin) 1 bks ragi/yeast/fermipan (11gr) 1/2 sdt vanilla ekstrak 3 sdm susu bubuk kurang lebih 60 gr margarin untuk dip glaze : elmer chocomaltine&green tea Cara membuat : 1.Larutkan ragi dengan sedikit air.tunggu sekitar 1 menitan. 2.campurkan tepung terigu,kuning telur,vanila,susu dengan air dan ragi tadi 3.uleni selama 30 menit hingga tercampur rata,jika masih dirasa lengket tambahkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit dan tangan dan wadah dilumuri margarin sedikit demi sedikit. 4.bila dirasa,adonan telah kalis dengan tanda tidak menempel.diamkan selama 1 jam 5.bulatkan adonan kecil dengan ukuran sama,lalu tinggal diberi bolongan ditengah masing2 6.setelah selesai dibentuk,diamkan sebentar selama 5 menit 7.panaskan wajan terlebih dahulu,saat donat ingin dimasukan,kecilkan api agar matang sempurna. note : agar muncul "white ring",jgn sering2 dibolak balik.tunggulah bagian bawah matang baru dibalik.

This Christmas cake is both a brownie and a gingerbread 👌 leaving you the recipe if you wonder what to present on your Christmas dinner table 😉 easy, healthy and delicious as always ✨

Gingerbread Brownie:
Square mold 22x22 cm
•100g almond butter
•1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
•300g dates, soaked 30 min in hot water
•100ml almond milk
•100ml date soaking water •70g cacao powder
•2,5 tsp gingerbread spice (cinnamon, ginger, clove, bitter orange)
•6 tbsp nut oil, used macadamia oil but any suits
•50g almond meal
Method: in food processor blend first the dates and some liquid into a smooth paste, then add all the rest ingredients and blend well, pour into the mold and bake 30 min in 180C°
Glaze:
•250ml coconut cream or full fat coconut milk
•100g dark chocolate
Method: bring the cream to boil, pour over the chocolate and let it sit few minutes, stir until mixed and pour over the cake.
Let the cake sit in the fridge overnight. Decorated with white chocolate piped snowflakes or any other favourites or eat as it is 😊

For dinner I tend to opt for some kind of lean protein and always include some green vegetables. One of my favourite healthy dinners is steamed sea bass with pak choi and boiled rice.” Make your own simple chicken salad:

INGREDIENTS
1 chargrilled chicken breast
75g cooked quinoa
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
handful mixed salad leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
freshly ground salt & pepper

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
roasted vegetables
sliced seasonal fruit (such as figs or peaches)
nuts and seeds (toasted for extra flavour)

Combine the quinoa, tomatoes, and salad leaves. Mix the olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice to make the dressing, season with salt and pepper. Toss the dressing through the salad, and serve on a plate alongside the sliced chicken and any other fruits, vegetables or toppings that you choose!

For the International Tea Day (December 15), here’s a different version of tea. Not your regular brew, however a delicious, earthy, nutty snack infused with beautifully flavoured tea leaves - Tea Spiced Nuts. I have used @sanchateaboutique ‘s (not sponsored!😀) subtle yet vibrant Rose White Tea, which adds delicate flavours to our roasted nuts complimenting the other spices that are added. This holiday season, serve this vibrant and healthy tea infused roasted nuts as a munchy to go along with your Eggnogs & Mulled Wine to add a grandeur to your Xmas celebrations. .

Ingredients
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Cashews
1/2 cup Walnuts
1.5 tablespoons tea leaves (I have used rose white tea here)
2 tablespoons honey / maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
4 teaspoons olive oil / butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method:
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil/butter to the pan and roast the nuts until aromatic. Keep it aside.
- To the same pan add the remaining oil/butter and roast the tea leaves until aromatic.
- To this add the cinnamon and pepper powder.
- Add the sweetener of your choice, vanilla extract and add the roasted nuts, mix well.
- Switch off the heat, add the sea salt, spread it out in a greased plate. - Let it cool, the sweetener kind of crystallises. Break down the individual nuts and store it in an air tight container. .

Beware, each slice is about 4 portions! You could half the recipe, to make flatter (and smaller) slices.  Or do what I did and take pleasure in slicing up the reindeers' faces! .

1. Biscuit cake
Put these in a bowl:
250g broken biscuits (any type)
125g raisins
125g roughly chopped nuts
Put these in a bowl over a simmering pan of water to melt:
100g butter
300g chocolate
140g golden syrup

2. Topping
200g chocolate
Smarties
A little white fondant icing
Curleywurley bars x 2

Pour the melted mixture over the biscuit mixture. Give it a good mix and pour into a greased round cake pan.

Add 200g melted chocolate to the top.
. 
Cool until almost set then decorate. Curley wurley ears, smarties nose and white fondant eyes. I used round sprinkles for the middle of the eyes, but you could use fondant icing in black instead.

Put in the fridge to cool for another 2 hours.

This super #easyandhealthy side dish has been a hit at every holiday party we've brought it to! It's fairly healthy and even picky kids generally like it. We sampled this one day @samsclub and were hooked. (Doesn't it look yummy? Josh made this batch!) Roasted brussel sprouts with pecans, cranberries, and maple syrup. Recipe on second image. Tip: instead of roasting it in the oven, we used our air fryer! That makes it cook fast and evenly. We also double the recipe when taking it to a #potluck.
