200 gr egg white
60 gr oat flour @mgfoodsupplement chocolate and pear 
5 gr bitter cocoa powder
10 gr hazelnuts grains ⬇️
Whisk all into a bowl then pour into a 12 cm diameter greased saucepan with half tsp of coconut butter. 
Cook for about 7/8 minutes with lid on low heat. 
Shake the saucepan and if the pancake comes off it is cooked!

After a super long, stressful semester uni is officially over for the year! I’m so excited for 3 months to just chill out with my family, finally relax a bit and focus on my Instagram a bit more before geeing up to do it all over again one more time 🎉
To celebrate we had a big party with almost everyone from the cohort! I love how close our dietetics class is, we’re like one big family and it’s so much easier to get through all the placement and assignments and exams when you’ve got such great pals to rely on 🥰 plus when you have a party with a group of health-conscious people who are too busy to drink all semester you’re guaranteed to have a good time 😂🥳
Anyway these Acai bowls were just what our dehydrated bodies needed this morning, nothing makes me feel better after a big night than some super fresh fruit 😍☀️🍉🍌🥝🍓 (except maybe a bacon and egg roll which we got after 😂)

I feel uneasy that I'm living a different 'lifestyle' than them. It's not that big of a deal if I think about it. I'm merely not eating with them for breakfast. Physically I'm still there, doing all the normal things. Still drinking too..

Quick quinoa burger for your summer grilling!😍💪🏼

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
2/3 cup water
1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
3 oz tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Burger buns and toppings of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small pot, cook the quinoa with water and add salt to taste. Bring a boil, cover and simmer for 14 minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork.
In a large bowl, add the rinsed black beans and mash the bean fully with a fork or potato masher. Add the cooked quinoa to the black beans, then add the tomato paste, all the seasoning and the breadcrumbs. Form four patties.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan, place the quinoa burgers in the pan and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side.
Build a burger with your favorite buns and toppings.

Prepping up a big batch of vegan salad for my lunches over the next few days. Here I’ve got organic chickpeas with some chopped, thawed from frozen organic baby green beans, grated raw carrot, organic sultanas, chopped organic dates, fresh parsley from my garden, Canadian maple syrup, a naughty bit of sweet chilli sauce & some creamy vegan aioli. It didn’t take long to make, it’s filling, delicious and very economical too. Bean and quinoa patty burger: •30g cooked quinoa •150g butter beans •1/4 white onion diced
•1/4 tsp marjoram •30g corn kernels •salt •pepper •2 pinches cayenne pepper •1/2 whole wheat kaiser bun •1/4 medium tomato •4 thin sliced cucumber •handful spinach •drizzle of plain yogurt 
1) cook quinoa 
2) mash beans in bowl then add onion, quinoa, salt, pepper, marjoram, cayenne pepper, corn and mix well 
3) form mixture into patty and put in fridge for 30 min 
4) place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Carefully flip over and bake for another 15 minutes 
5) toast bun and top with spinach, cucumber, onion, patty, and tomato
6) drizzle with yogurt

Delicious chicken with garlic and honey and vegetable skewers.

INGREDIENTS ✔️Marinade
✔️3 tablespoons vegetable oil ✔️⅓ cup honey
✔️⅓ cup soy sauce
✔️3 cloves garlic, minced ✔️1 teaspoon pepper ✔️Skewers ✔️Wooden skewers
✔️3 chicken breasts, cubed
✔️1 red onion
✔️2 red bell peppers
✔️2 orange bell peppers ✔️2 yellow bell peppers
✔️Parsley 
PREPARATION
Soak the skewers in water for 5-10 minutes and set aside. 
If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
In a bowl with the chicken, add the ingredients for the marinade and mix until coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. 
Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into 1-inch squares. 
Assemble the skewers starting with the red onion, followed by the bell peppers and chicken. 
Repeat three times. 
Place the prepared skewers on a baking sheet and brush with remaining marinade. 
Bake or grill for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. 
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy! 😋

Nach einem glücklichmachenden, vielfältigen Geburtstagsessen im persischen Restaurant habe ich meiner Familie und mir am gestrigen Abend, wie kann es anders sein, diesen fixen, ayurvedischen Grießbrei gekocht. Feedback:

Rezept: 
250ml Bio-Milch (pflanzlich oder Kuh) 
100ml Bio-Sahne 
1TL  Ghee 
aufkochen

50ml Bio-Milch 
100g feiner Grieß (Dinkel, Weizen...)
vermischen und in die Milch (kurz vom Herd nehmen) 
einrühren; kurz aufkochen lassen.

2 EL gemahlene Mandeln
1|2 TL Zimt
Prise Muskat und Kardamom 
hinzufügen 
je nach Wunsch:

١ كوب لبن
١ كوب نسكويك (مش كاكاو خام)
 ١ كوب سكر
١ الا ربع زيت
٣ بيض
٢ باكت فانيلا
(١ كوب دقيق +باكت كيك )شيف منخولين

الطريقه:

اول حاجه نسخن الفرن علي ١٨٠ عقبال منخلص و في بوله غويطه احط اول اربع حاجات(لبن زيت  نسكويك سكر) و افضل اضرب فيهم كويس اوي بمضرب البيض تقريبا خمس دقائق عشان السكر يكون داب و اضرب كويس بعدها هاتي بوله صغيره و شيلي فيها نص الخليط ده و دخليها الفريزير لحد منخلص  و انزل علي باقي الخليط البيض و الڤانيلا و اضرب تاني كويس و انزل بالدقيق المتقلب مع محسن الكيك واحده واحده و اضرب كويس لحد ما اخلص الكميه و الخليط يكون تمام معايا انزله في صينيه يفضل تيفال مدهونه بالفرشه زيت و ممكن رشه دقيق  و عل فرن علي ١٨٠ لمده علي الاقل ٣٠ دقيقه بعدها تفتحي و بعود خشب او سكينه و نزليها فالنص لو طلعت نظيفه تمام خرجيها لو مش كده سيبيها  ٥ دقائق كمان و اول متطلع اقلبيها في اي صينيه و بعدين نزليها تاني و اعدليها في طبق التقديم بس طبعا كل ده بحرص جدا و نطلع الصوص من التلاجه نقلبه كويس جدا و ننزل بيه عل كيكه داير ما يدور و نزينها زي منحب ساعات بحط سبرينكلز ساعات بندق مجروش ساعات ملتيزيرز اي حاجه عندك و بس هتاكلي احلي تشوكليت كيك  بجد 🍫🍫 #Food#foodie#foodlover#foodblogger#foodporn#foodlove#homemade#recipe#instafood#cooking#egyptianfood#easykitchenofficial#chefnoratawfek#lunch#chef#dessert#salad#chicken#beef#seafood#delicious#easyfood#mealprep#tastyfood#blog#weeklyplan#egypt

هاتي ٤ او ٥ بطاطس وسط و قشريهم و اسلقيهم في مياه وملح و لما يستووا اهرسيهم كويس مع معلقه سمنه كبيره و فصين توم مفروم و رشه فلفل و كمون و زعتر و لبن و لو في كريمه حهينه نص علبه يبقي احسن و قلبي لحد ما تبقي كريمي كده و هاتي بايركس ادهنيه سمنه و حطي فيه شويه بشاميل و بعدها خليط البطاطس (و طبعا ينفع تحطي زيتون شرايح او فلفل حامي او اي حاجه تحبيها او ساده)و عليها معلقتين بشاميل و بعد كده راق كامل شرايح جبنه شيدر و بعدها غطيها بالباشاميل و موتزاريلا او شيدر او رومي عل وش و زعتر و تحت الشوايه الجبن تسيح و كله ياخد من بعضه بالكتير بالشوايه ١٥ دقيقه و بالهنا و الشفا

2 cups basmati rice
1 can of coconut milk
half cup water
pinch of salt 
I also added some toasted desiccated coconut in it too for some added flavour texture. 
bring to the boil in a saucepan and after it’s been boiling for about 3 minutes, turn the heat down and put the lid on. do not touch the lid for about 15 minutes. perfect rice every time 👌🏼

This one has some shredded carrots 🥕 leftover broccoli 🥦 (that no one was going to eat) breadcrumbs, green onions, a flax egg to hold it together and some crumbled up vegan cheese to add some creaminess. ****PSA Vegan cheese: I don’t buy it often because it’s expensive and quite often taste like crap. However, Chao brand vegan cheese can really hold its own.
