Keto cheesecake. Serves 10.
9"springform pan helpful.
3 - 8oz packages of cream cheese.
1 cup powdered Stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
Blend and pour into springform pan. Bake for 50-55min. Let cool and serve.
I made a crushed pecan/butter crust.
Without crust it's... 278 calories per slice
