I used to lay in bed full of anxiety at night. Could never fall asleep because I was going through all the things I didn’t get done and what my plan for tomorrow should be. Sometimes I would actually have to get up and start doing things or write down a list to turn my brain off.

Holy moly, “chips” and guacamole! 🥑 I baked 34 slices (two servings) of TURKEY pepperoni (because keto is about lack of carbs, NOT a surplus of fat) at 450°F until crispy, then used them as chips. The guacamole I made from one medium avocado (along with garlic, onions, cilantro, salt, & pepper). Wild Blueberries are a superhero in healing for all conditions. They are rich in antioxidants, full of brain food, adaptogentic, hold Trace amounts of omega fatty acids, help remove heavy metals, are antiviral, and help rid the body of toxins.
Spinach is rich in chlorophyll, which oxygenates the blood, it cleanses the blood, provides minerals such as iron, mineral salts, digestive enzymes and ample protein.

Leading a plant-based, healing lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated whatsoever.
In fact, it’s quite simple.

The Korma consists of:

• Coconut Cream • Coconut Yoghurt • Turmeric • Black Pepper & Sea Salt
• Curry Powder • Masala Paste
• Chilli Powder
All this sat on a bed of Quinoa and topped with Wild Rocket , Chia / Pumpkin / Sunflower seeds .
