Porque es delicioso y podemos hacerlo saludable! Ahí les va como lo hago yo🤤
➖1 taza de garbanzos cocidos (yo usé los de lata)👌🏻👌🏻 ➖1/2 taza de perejil fresco
➖1/2 taza de cilantro fresco
➖1/2 taza de cebolla picada
➖3 dientes de ajo
➖1 cda de comino molido
➖1 pizca de sal
➖2 limones (jugo)
➖3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
➖1 cucharada de páprika
1- Coloca todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos.
2- Se debe moler todo junto pero no licuar... el chiste es que queden “cachitos”
3- Forma las “tortitas” y ponlas en una charola con papel encerado.
4- Mételas al congelador unos 15-20 minutos.
5- Séllalas en un sartén con un chorrito de aceite de oliva de un lado y del otro.
6- Ahora sí!... mételas al horno por 45 min aprox a 180•C
7- A mi me gusta comérmelos con yogurt natural sin azúcar pero también se puede con tahini.
También puedes hacerte unos tacos con pan árabe integral, pepino, lechuga y jitomate!...🥗

This plate contains white long grain rice that's been mixed with chickpeas, potatoes, yellow sweet peppers, mint, and onions. The spices I mixed with the onions are turmeric, onion and garlic powder, salt and black pepper, and paprika. I love turmeric and use it in most of my dishes. The fact that turmeric is an anti inflammatory makes it one of my "gold spices"! .
This dish is pretty hearty and eating it with fresh mints will make it a perfect 6 o'clock dinner! What do you like to mix up our rice with?

This is a chili and lime vinaigrette with sliced cucumbers! Drizzle some olive oil with salt and pepper and you're ready to devour!
Soul food fatty foods can be extremely tempting, but you got this! Putting healthy alternatives into your belly is upmost important for having a well balanced nutrition. Besides, the more alkaline your body, the stronger your immune system! I'm not saying ditch everything, I'm saying definitely eat your greens, or better yet, eat way more greens as far as ratio. .
If you don't like to eat vegetables then I suggest making smoothies! Way better tasting alternative, the texture might be better for you as well! .

It’s salad week!! I’ve worked too hard to watch it slip! I’m the happiest I’ve ever been! I still have my day to day problems but I won’t let that bug me!! You get it how you live it! Meaning you get what you give. In here we have Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onion, Avocado, Oregano, Pepper and Feta! I didn’t have salad dressing so I used Muffuletta that my client brought.
