-Landmine SLDL to Reverse Lunge, 55lbs x 5ea.  Two moves together with a decent weight fried my legs.  You can see which side I have better/worse balance on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

-TRX Rows with band, x20.  Nice accommodating resistance of the band, which is attached to a kettlebell on the floor.  20 reps was painfully fun, it’s actually an interesting take on the row.

I don’t think I needed the spot but I appreciate that he was looking out for me. 👍🏻👏🏻 I was supposed to do 3x3 at 142.5kg but after the first set felt good I thought I’d go to 145kg. I took the 1.25s off and accidentally put on 5s instead of 2.5s. I seen some people look at the weight and I thought I can’t back out now.

Let’s start off with Tony’s PR snatch at 107kg/235lb for a 5kg PR. This was huge but we didn’t stop there! We went for another snatch PR at 110kg/242lb which he nailed!

With training taking a back seat due to many life circumstances, we were both extremely happy about this PR and we know he has even more left in him still. If you find it hard to gain muscle or size, otherwise known as a "hard gainer", then try the max-ot method. Did this method for years and owe quite a lot of my strength and size gains to this. Tend to go back to this if I want to increase strength, or is also great for keeping muscle mass through a cut as demonstrated by the documentary "I want to look like that guy".⠀
