✨ Change ✨
So much has changed after Bali. Dreams became plans, plans turned into action, action into results 😍
After all the big changes I made, I had no regrets, until I cut my hair 😂
Which changes are you making?
Can I be the Queen of outfit repeating? 🙏🏻
If you saw my story, you'll know that I also have shitty days sometimes. And my mood effects my outfits.🤷🏼♀️
So if I want to wear the same (jogging?) outfits for a few days, can we make that social acceptable please?🤓
What do you struggle with sometimes? 💓
❇️WHAT IS HEALTH?❇️ #Health and #strength are emotional, mental and physical. It’s so important to look after all three of these aspects. You could eat the healthiest, have low % of bodyfat and the best stamina in the world, but if you’re beating yourself up mentally and having moodswings because of this, you are in my opinion NOT HEALTHY. .
As you may not know yet and this may sound weird, but I can litterally get physically sick when I worry or stress too much. And this is where we get more in detail to explain this:
During acute psychological stress, the body releases key hormones to prepare itself to fight or flee from danger and to trigger the immune system to step up. The rise in cortisol and other stress hormones can protect you against the perception of pain. So in my case this means pushing past my limits, because I don’t ‘feel’ my body hurting.
It’s after the stress has passed that these stress hormone levels drop and my body returns to a state of normality and this includes a drop in cortisol as well as other stress hormones. That post-stress drop in cortisol could trigger a flare-up of my #UC , which it often does.
For me it’s actually the most important and at the same time the most difficult part of my illness. I could eat the healthiest way possible but if I’m mentally not ok, this has negative effects on my body. .
And this not only goes for people with an autoimmunes disease but this goes for you too. Make sure you’re aware of your mental and emotional state and don’t forget to look after yourself, mentally, emotionally and physically. These things go hand in hand!💕

✨ Back in Belgium ✨
Posting the Bali pics was so much fun, but now: back to reality, back to life in Belgium 😅

So how did I roll into judaism? 🤷🏼♀️
This is the question I get the most. How did I start this process? Where did my interest come from? And mostly why am I doing this? 🤓
I think you are wondering this because you don't hear it everyday. (I like to think that I'm special 💁🏼♀️)
To live a jewish life is, I wouldn't say harder but more complicated than living modest. And this is already something BIG 🤪
Keep your eye on the blog 👀 My answers will be up there tonight❣️
