Cannot express enough how much I love this product! Our family really enjoys cooking together, and this little gadget not only speeds up the process, but is also just a lot of fun. Can’t wait to make raviolis and mini-pies! 🥟🥢 #dumplingcube#potstickers#dumplingsfordays
What’s your favorite childhood food👶🏻? My favorite is pelmeni😋, traditional Ukrainian🇺🇦 & Russian dumplings🙌🏼. They can be filled with meat🍖 or veggies 🍆and taste delicious with some avo 🥑on top! I still remember when my Babushka 👵🏻(grandma) made them for me in Odessa, Ukraine💙. She made the best pelmeni! 😍
I came to the US 🇺🇸with my family when I was 7 years old. Everything felt so different and I didn’t know the language😖. The familiar foods that I knew from back home 🏡always gave me a feeling of comfort.🤗 Do you feel the same way sometimes? .

Chicken Xiao Long Bao right before it exploded in my mouth.
Xiaolongbao is a type of Chinese steamed bun (baozi) from the Jiangnan region and is traditionally prepared in Xiaolong, a kind of small bamboo steaming basket, hence the name. It's often called "soup-dumplings" because it has small pieces of gelatinized broth. When you steam the dumpling, the broth gelatin melts, which is the BEST part.
Peek-a-boo 😃💛 Watercress and prawn dumplings in turmeric pastry, AKA sunshine in a basket - where’s the sun btw? 🤨 And a reminder, there’s no MSG or artificial food colourings. Chef Francis mixes the dough with natural ingredients such as chilli, beetroot, spinach juices to create the rainbow colours. Big thanks @eatnlondon for the photo 👋🏼👋🏼 #baoziinn

Sometimes all you need is a bowl of home cooked food. We often make these in bulk as it is a quick and easy meal to snack on during the week. We used the recipe from All Recipes and slightly altered it to our liking.
✖️ 500g pork mince
✖️ 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
✖️ 4 cloves garlic (diced)
✖️ 2 tbsp thinly sliced spring onion
✖️ 4 tbsp soy sauce
✖️ 3 tbsp sesame oil
✖️ 1 corn pre cooked and taken off cob
Mix it all together and wrap it in wonton wraps that you can buy in bulk from any Asian specialty store. Steam for 15 minutes and done!
I moved to America in my teens after growing up in China for 10 years, so Chinese food has always been one of my favorite types of foods to EAT and COOK! One dish that I love to make is this vegetable fried dumplings 🇨🇳🥟 #chinesecuisine#dumplingsfordays
