Wonderful meal strike again! This time, it’s vegetables and black bean #hummus , fried fennel #sausage , pork and leek #wontons , and fried pork and pork & vegetables #dumplings . Plus #pear nectar. 🥟🍛🥒🥕🍐
#dumplings#sichuanpepper Friend from northern China is in charge of making the dough and mixing the ingredients, another friend from Sichuan takes care of making dipping chili spicy spice. What can I do? Only could wrap it and clean the dishes and yes!! Take photos!!!!
New wine Thursday 🥂
We’d like to introduce these two natural beauties to the menu.
Jamsheed Madame Chardonnay is fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and unfined. Just fermented Chardonnay juice here. From Yarra Valley, Australia.
The Don Young Vine Pinot Noir hails from Martinborough. Organic, unfiltered and unfined, this is a very very smashable Pinot Noir. Both pouring by the glass from tonight.
