For lean hamstrings and glutes, do high reps low weight with high reps or bursts. 
For a little extra push in your workout add cardio to it! Also if you want a little extra oomph in your butt exercise squeeze your butt every time you come up from squat!

Anyone else feeling like Junior today? 👇🏻💤😂 I feel like this week has lasted a month. I am so exhausted from everything going on but still grateful I’m able to do what I love everyday. Jenn and I have been working hard on #HSH2 and it’s definitely all finished now, we’re just prepping the website and filming the last few exercise videos, which are especially important this time around because there’s so many new moves to keep things fun (up for debate¿) and ensure maximum results for weeks 13-24 🙌🏻 if you want to trial one of the HSH2 workouts, make sure you comment on my last photo and I’ll slide riiiiight into those DM’s 😉

So if you got a desk chair that reclines enough and you don't want to go to the gym just quite yet case in point..... I present to you GHETTO BENCH WORKOUT FEATURING YOUR DESK CHAIR
🤣🤣💪💪💪 On a more serious note as long as it's stable leaning back, which is why I use in my bed to help prop it up, you can do some light dumbbell incline style presses. It's more shoulders I would say then chest because the incline is a bit steep but again I'm not really looking to go crazy right now I just want to get a little bit of muscle tone before I go and start spending money on a gym membership. 
I do think that anybody could do this. You can get a set of dumbbells like I have about 50-60 bucks and you'll have them for life. Of course there's a lot more you can do with a set dumbbells than this like shrugs, curls, rows, Etc without any extra gym equipment as well.

Looking back on when I used to feel guilty as Hell when I missed a day of working out.
(Legit like a couple of months ago)—
I had a fear of getting fat or losing the muscle I had worked so hard to gain.
I thought if I stopped working out 6 days a week my world would implode.

A. That’s a super unhealthy and disordered mindset.
B. It’s SO based out of fear and not at all true.

Started doing this program 4 days / week, 30-40 minutes a day, and it’s already shown me that fitness and health doesn’t have to be this gigantic overhaul of your life.
It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

You can still lose weight and gain muscle and have the body you want.
2 hours, 20 minutes a week.
Not sure where you’re at but that schedule sounds good to me.

I see sooo many people doing deadlifts all wrong • It’s really important you are taught correctly when performing movements that could seriously injure your body • The Deadlift is one of the toughest exercises to teach because most people’s mechanics are set wrong from an early age • here’s a little progression that could make it easier for you, but still.. please don’t take it lightly when trying to perform a deadlift! Ask or seek professional help! 👍🏻💪🏻 (that doesn’t mean from big john who you see in the gym often)
