Summer is here and everywhere we go, we see the term #summerbody used relentlessly. It makes us concious and go absolutely crazy at the #gym just to look good at the #beach or for our holiday.
We take extreme measures by going on that 1200 calorie diet or doing endless amounts of #cardio .
When did everyone stop eating and become professional dieters? 🤦🏻♀️ These are temporary solutions that not only make you anxious but don't provide a healthy outlook on your body and how you feel! .
There are two things that we should think about; our preferences and our #goals The best exercise is one you stick to and if you're anything like me who gets bored easily, try to switch up your workouts and incorporate something different everyday! Plus if you are on holiday, don't stop yourself from eating and enjoying all those local #delicacies .
When it comes to food, as long as these calories are composed of the right kinds of food, and is combined with a fun workout that gets your #muscles exercising and your heart pumping, you will be successful and more importantly, you'll stick to it.
