Did a bit of shopping at the weekend, had to get some jeans and joggies, can’t really kick about wearing shorts in Glasgow unfortunately as it’s raining 🌧 80% of the time and it’s freezing ❄️
Anyhoo got a pair of jeans from @zara and there was a time I would dream to fit into any clothes from that store. I still find it incredible that I can fit into a slim fit pair (bit tight around the quads mind you) but that’s the style nowadays innit?
I remember back when none of this shit would fit me and it would demoralise the fuck out of me. The only thing I would wear that was comfortable was the XXXL tshirts and joggers from Asda George (nothing wrong with Asda George btw) but at the time I wished the clothes from these high street stores would fit, unfortunately I was that fat they didn’t.
So what? I got a pair of jeans from Zara. Am I trying to show off? Not at all. Having the luxury to go into a store like Zara and get a pair of slim fit jeans is not something I’m gonna take for granted, because it’s something I was never able to do when I was obese.

Because all what i found of my old home weights is this one dumbbell,
1)one hand dumbbell snatch 15. reps each hand
2)one hand lunges with biceps curls 10 reps each hand
3)one hand dumbbell swing 15 reps each hand
4)dumbble hammer curls to shoulder press 10 each hand
5)inchworm push ups 15 reps.
6)bicep curls 10 reps + 10 triceps
7)one hand dumbbell row 15 each side
8)15 legs raise + 15 crunchers bicycle
9)plank variation 1 min
10) 30 jumping jack.
Thanks to the one dumbbell i have for the killer workout.
even light weight can give a good pump.
