My current afternoon pick-me-up, featuring @foursigmatic & @nutpods 😊
🔹Add one packet of @foursigmatic mushroom hot cacao mix + one scoop of @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides to a [CUTE] mug ☕️
🔹 Mix together with ~ 4 oz hot water. .
🔹 Add a delicious seasonal @nutpods flavored creamer, using a handheld frother to keep it all creamy & smooth. .
A tasty drink that easily takes the place of having [another] cup of coffee 😉👍🏼
Sometimes we get overwhelmed when setting goals, at least I do.
I tend to throw all my ambitions into a "now" mentality, seeing everything I hope for and wanting it all today.
So instead, I'm choosing to focus on one simple change.
Health wise, I've noticed I constantly have to clear my throat and my mind is getting fogging but I've also noticed my water bottle is still half full by the end of rehearsals....... So to combat this dehydration I'm setting one realistic goal: to drink the water my body desperately needs.
I calculated my goal by taking half my body weight in ounces and then added more to account for sweat loss through ballet.

Tee hee 😁 I finally have a days worth of tea that I love. I drink @teamiblends energy tea every single morning for the obvious reason lol BUT it’s also another secret weapon to curing my cramps 😩. Idk what it is, but when I tell you I finally have an ibuprofen replacer 🙌🏾🙌🏾 #thankyoujesus .
I also alternate between my @yogitea every night. Both the peppermint and ginger tea is good for digestion, so it’s best to drink after a meal. I add almond milk, vanilla extract and honey for a sweet treat that’ll put me to sleep ☺️.

Once again we have stumbled into #cocktailfriday ! 🥂 to it being almost the weekend! This Friday I'm bringing you one of my favorite ways to drink a beer! I know it's not a cocktail, but with Fall and Halloween upon us this seems fitting and it's super easy! It's a pumpkin beer with a cinnamon and sugar rim! So delicious that it taste like a dessert! Recipe below
1) Mix together cinnamon and sugar and place it on the rim of the glass. Pour your pumpkin beer and you're done! ( I'm using @bluemoonbrewco, but I've had an assortment of brands and loved all)
2) Drink and enjoy! 🍻

Here we are, at a pivotal point in our challenge — the new-car-smell is wearing off and we’re faced with a question of whether this is going to be the time that we keep a promise to ourselves — if this is going to be the time that we finish what we start — if this is going to be the time that we do something so consistently for long enough that it actually becomes our new normal, that in doing so we swap out the bad habits for good ones. 🌸

Here I am starting of week 3 and still aspartame free. I made the decision to cut out all "diet or sugar free" drinks for 30 days. I didn't think I had a problem with drinking 1 a day until 1 turned into 3. Diet Dr pepper always seemed to make me feel better. If I was stressed I wanted a diet Dr pepper, if I ate Mexican food I would crave Diet drP. Soon I was was seeing a habit of thinking I needed it and I would justify it with I drank plenty of water and I needed something different. I learned that my carb cravings got stronger from constantly giving in. But I've learned over the past 3 weeks I am stronger than I believe and I can achieve my goal. 💞

Hydrating- especially during exercise - is so important. Not only does it help lubricate your joints and keep you from dehydration but it also helps regulate your body temperature. .
Although the no exact rules for how much water to drink while exercising, because everyone is different, The American Council on Exercise has suggested the following basic guidelines for drinking water before, during, and after exercise: •Drink 17 to 20 ounces of water 2 to 3 hours before you start exercising. •Drink 8 ounces of water 20 to 30 minutes before you start exercising or during your warm-up. •Drink 7 to 10 ounces of water every 10 to 20 minutes during exercise. •Drink 8 ounces of water no more than 30 minutes after you exercise.
