Hydration is no joke!
You should never sweat without replacing that water in your body!
I actually drink something called Hydrate during my workouts to ensure I don’t lose all@of those precious minerals that my body needs

Yesterday was a big day for me and the progress I have made. I completed day 11/80 of my program and it was the first day that I didn’t stop during the middle of an exercise that felt too hard. I pushed through and even when it felt too hard, I kept going. There were still a few exercises that I modified, but that doesn’t change my level of pride! .
I’ve spent too much of my life deciding that something was too hard and giving up before actually seeing what I’m capable of. I’m ready to push those thoughts aside and see what I’m really made of!
What could you do if you pushed those thoughts aside? Maybe it’s a workout or it could be something totally different that you want to do for YOU! I challenge you to quiet those doubting thoughts and go for it!!
Today was travel day and I did it in my Tony Robbins, “Make Your Move” t-shirt.
And this is me committing to drinking more water. 😳🤮 Someone shared a thing with me last week, that I’m going to look into before I share here but it’s something that may change my whole relationship to water, (because it involves a thing I LOVE, more on this soon!). And my water relationship is that I don’t drink it.
Unrelated but probably related: I’m sick.😪
I have gotten sick after every one of these events and I’m on #4 now. It’s instant, the day after the event ends, I’m sick with a cold flu thing. Boom!
I’ve been curious about what causes it thinking things like stress, lack of sleep, contact with so many people etc.
And “no matter what I do”, to prevent it, (acupuncture, chinese herbs for immune support, vitamin C, garlic, ginger, cayenne, healthy diet, cider vinegar, noni juice.. kombucha / fermented stuff)
I’ve yet to find anything that works 🤷🏻♀️ And then today I see this thing called a Spiritual Flu which apparently is a detoxification type thing that can happen after big energy shifts..
Seriously?! Look it up.
I don’t quite know where I land with that idea so for now, I find it interesting, intend to look into it more and right now , right now,
I just know I’m sick, I expected it and despite being sick, I feel very energized.
Date with Destiny Day 8, Travel Day and done.
Now it’s time to put the things I learned into action.
Starting with handling my life long, water intake deficit issue.

You know what’s funny? When your entire family is sick, but you feel fine. Then you go to workout and your body just says “No”. That’s what happened to me tonight. I tried, I really did, but my body was heavy, and weak. So I got sent home and told to rest.
So here I sit, trying to relax. But all I can think about is my next workout. I’m actually very happy at the fact that I’m thinking about it like that… I’ve never been so into working out before. This is all very new to me. I’m happy that I have learned to love working out. Now I just wish that I could learn to love eating right.
I have challenged myself now too. My big blue cup is 63 oz. I’m going to challenge myself to drink 2000 oz of water before January 1st. Totally doable! It just means at least two of those bottles (full) a day until December 31.

I really enjoy skateboarding, make sure you drink plenty of water, please if you’re inexperienced wear a helmet, I should and I think about it all the time and every time I step on the skateboard. Anyone else feel like they’re just not living their best life right now? 🙋🏻♀️ While I’m in a good place right now - I’m happy, healthy and newly surrounded by family and lifelong friends - I haven’t been taking the best care of myself. My kids do, and always will, come first. But they need a momma that is rested, strong (physically and mentally) and fueled. 💕
I shared earlier this week that I’m working to get into a more regular exercise routine. Another area of my life I’d like to overhaul is my water intake. I used to drink 60-80 oz. every single day without problem. But slowly that slipped, and I now find myself with kid water bottles in tow but nothing for myself. When I’m not properly hydrated I find myself getting dizzy, lethargic and highly anxious. 💕
I‘m implementing a few tactics I’m hoping will help: ❤️Drink one large glass of water in the morning before I leave the house ❤️Keep a filled water bottle with me at all times, particularly in the car ❤️Always drink a glass of water before reaching for another cup of coffee or tea. 💕

I definitely do not stay hydrated enough during the day. My goal in 2019 is to drink more water! Here some tips to help: 1. Keep a water bottle with you during the day. (I LOVEEEE my @healthyhumanlife water bottle) 2. If you don’t like plain water-add some fruit to it! Cucumbers, citrus fruits, melons are all great to use! 3. If you have trouble remembering to drink, drink on a schedule-like when you wake up, at breakfast/lunch/dinner and when you go to bed or drink at the beginning of every hour. 4. Don’t wait until you feel thirsty- if you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated.#aspoonfulofnutrition

I'm just here to remind you to get up...stretch your legs...and drink some water. :) (And if there is oils in your water remember to use glass or stainless steel bottles!!)
I absolutely can not get over how different my skin looks since I began my doTERRA journey. I didn't even realize I had skin issues before (and I will be honest that my skincare is somewhat lacking, even now) but when I run into people from my past right now the first thing they notice is how radiant my skin is. If you run in to me - I usually carry samples of what I am using in my purse! I use the invigorating scrub, the pore reducing toner, the detoxifying mud mask, immortelle and the life long vitality supplements. Again, in all honesty I usually only remember the scrub and vitamins but I still have an immense difference. I also do not use foundation or makeup remover containing synthetic chemicals.
