A few days into moving home the energy in our new home 🏡 was E U P H O R I C !
Myself and my family were filled with excitement and joy. We were elated with our new home. I felt the weight that I had bared on my shoulders had lifted and I was no longer the bearer of all those thoughts that had filled my mind through the buying process, phew 😅 I left light and vibrant and back to my normal self.
We were getting to know our new home, it’s quirks and perks. We learnt new things such as our first floor had underfloor heating, we hadn’t noticed until we felt the heat underfoot. We also remarked on the fact that we had no outdoor pipes, they were all in the walls! The Epping Forest 🌳 woods are close by so there is a feeling of being amongst nature. We mused at the sound of the train going past and the ball hitting the racquet at the tennis 🎾 club across the road. We have two established birch trees in our drive, so when we open our front door there they are in all their splendour 😍 at our last home the tree which stood on the pavement outside our house had one day fallen across my car 😩 and was never replaced by the local council.October, Autumn 🍂 this new season bought us lots jubilation 💕
We wanted to celebrate 🎉 and so it begun.Guy Fawkes🎆Halloween🎃Diwali✨.. November, my sons 15th birthday, we staged a surprise birthday party, family and friends came by to celebrate 🎊 it was also their moment to get to know our new home 🏡
27th Nov, My birthday the big 40 ! My dear friend had said ‘vim you are 40! Congratulations! This marks the best days of your life’, this statement has stuck to me like glue. I feel that vibe in my soul ❤️
