👋🏻 HI, I'm Brianne Elizabeth, but everyone calls me by my initials BETH. I live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, across the the street from Central Park. I live with my mother, father, older brother Reese, and my pet dog Lucy.
I love to dance. I take weekly ballet classes. One day, I hope to perform in Radio City Music Hall. In school my favorite subjects are reading, spelling and gym. Spelling Bees are my favorite.
Every day I go exploring Central Park with Lucy. There are so many things to do there and so many people to see. I especially love watching the horses go by with tourists in the back carriage. Mr. Monack is a coachman who has a horse called Whitney. He always waves to me as he goes past. Sometimes he even lets me brush Whitney’s long hair!
I love animals. Last year I started a save the endangered species club with my best friend Adrianne. The club is called “Bear Hug”. We hosted a talent show and raised over $4,500. Mom calls me a super-star activist.
I think New York City is the coolest place to live in the world! I hope you will join me on my adventure one day. 💖💖💖 #thecitygirldolls#meetthecitygirls // #DOLLS#UWS#dollstagram#dreambig#instadolls#NYCkid#Rainbow#dollclothes
Why has my motto for the past several years been, “NO GROWTH IN THE COMFORT ZONE ...?
Because I’m a creature of habit. Because I thrive on routine. I value consistency. That’s what is comfortable to me. I like when things are structured & stay the same, but wait.... do I really want things to stay the same??? Hell NO! I want to get BETTER, I want progress, I never want to stop improving myself & my quality of life, but that takes CHANGE that starts with me. It’s all too easy to just go with the status quo, which is why I have this motto, to constantly remind myself that I have to get uncomfortable if I want things to be different in my life.
There were times in my life in which I allowed myself to be a victim of my circumstances. There were countless days where I woke up wondering if I would ever get the courage to stand up for myself, afraid that things may never change, that I may never change. I still have fears, I still have insecurities. The difference is that nowadays I FORCE myself to get UNCOMFORTABLE to make change. I refuse to be a victim & I choose to be a survivor. I don’t like the way things are going in various aspects of my life at the moment, & while I’m doing my best to remain positive & make the most of these situations you bet your ass I’m working hard to create change. Remembering that nothing changes until I change. 💪🏽🖤
Kommt alles so wie es sein soll mit der Zeit? Oder kann man überhaupt an seinem Lebensweg etwas ändern?
Ich sag’s mal so: kannst du etwas daran verändern wie groß du bist?.. wahrscheinlich nicht.. Kannst du an deiner Breite etwas ändern?..Kannst du an deinem Gewicht etwas ändern?... ganz sicherlich: Ja. ⠀
Was du heute vor hast, was du morgen machen wirst, wer deine Freunde sind... DU kannst entscheiden, auf welche Art du leben willst.. DU entscheidest das! Du entscheidest, wie viel Gewicht du drauf haben willst, aber wie groß du wirst, das ist bereits entschieden..
TRUE AUTHENTIC SELF 🏵️
I was listening to the @goaldiggerpodcast on my drive this morning and it reasonated a lot with an area I've been working to grow.
Authenticity is hard to find in today's digital age. Everyone is posting highlight reels, taking action to FIT IN instead of being UNIQUE as himself or herself, and worst of all, setting values aside and not living up to his or her fullest beliefs and talents.
Today is a new step towards my authentic self. I am embracing my skill sets, personality, beliefs and long term vision.
Today is day one in a new full time position in a totally different industry. And I'm EXCITED to give back to the world in a new way, to learn more about this sector of work and allow myself to grow financial freedom and work on true business passions in my part time.
I still love meal prep.
I still freelance write.
I still coach others in their healthy lifestyles.
I'm reorganizing life's pegs to give more freedom for my relationship, friendships, faith and finances.
This has not been an easy decision but it is WORTH IT for what I want my life to be like in 10 years.
What's one way you're embracing your true authentic self?
Are you dreaming big? Asking for what you want and need in life and in your relationships? Don't sell yourself short by thinking, "this is never going to happen." You cannot get what you want if you are not clear on what that is. Be clear on who you want to become. Figure out your values. Set your intent. Come up with clear and effective action steps to realize your goals and dreams. Ask for help, you don't know how to do everything, no one does. Then set it all into motion by working hard and then surrendering to the universe. Let go of the need to control. You deserve a beautiful, purpose driven life filled with abundance, love and peace.
Don’t ever settle for just working towards a “realistic” goal or “small” dreams. It doesn’t serve the world for you to play small! Dream BIG!!! Set goals so big that it’s going to require a lot of blood, sweat and tears along the way! Goals so big that when you have finally arrived, you won’t even recognize who you were before. Because you are a different person! And you continue to chase after the person you hope to become. Ever growing into the very best version of yourself! 😊 We are all children of a loving God and he created us with limitless potential. Go out and become what he’s created you to become! #success#dreambig#overthink#becoming#loveyourself#mediocrity#willsmith#relationships#business
Progress over perfection.
Today is Monday. This used to be my least favorite day of the week. Now, it’s my favorite for a couple of reasons...
Self development is huge. And being apart of this amazing health and wellness company has taught me that. Look, we all want the perfect life. We all want to never mess up. But we’re human. Learn to fail forward. Learn to accept change. Learn to develop from the negative. And learn to never stop giving up on yourself. You deserve the most out of life. Whether that’s being in a positive state of mind, best physical health, or financial and time freedom, you deserve it all. Because it’s not the perfection, but the progress, towards our goals that makes the journey beautiful.
